While reading this I was reminded of a dream I had last night. As I was moving across the landscape in my dream I encountered several rivers, some big, some small. The big ones had big standing waves, the small ones had small standing waves. Someone told me the the bigger the river, the bigger the wave.
At a recent public meeting about a possible new solar farm being placed in the midst of our remote pueblito, I asked how the system was going to be grounded and if this system was going to increase ground current issue in our community. I mentioned that grounding is done differently in Europe. The representative form the power company knew nothing about ground current or that Europe did things differently.
That's incredible you had that dream....sounds like we're on the same wavelength (:
Not surprising that the rep didn't know anything - seems like we need to be the "experts" on everything from medicine to engineering.
That's great you went to the meeting and voiced your say - were others in the meeting surprised to hear about the power grid/ ground current, or were they aware?
I was one of about 30 people who spoke out against the project. I think 2 people spoke in favor of it. I began by explaining that I've been living on a stand alone solar power system since the mid 1980's, and that I was a proponent.... of decentralized solar power. I described the problems that arise when solar power, which lends itself very well to decentralization, is forced into a centralized paradigm like the one they wanted to impose here.
I don't think anyone there had heard about the ground current issue. 5 or 6 people came up to me afterwards and thanked me for bringing up that and the other issues I talked about (emf's, bees, migratory birds and so on).
I just heard a few days ago that there was a county official present who was taking a lot of notes. Apparently he went back to the county commissioners and told them what I and others had said and they voted to not give the power company a permit for the solar farm.... at it's present location.
like the stylish female verizon rep answering safety and exposure questions from members of the (all male) local planning commission about a proposed "upgrade" to the downtown celltower - it would have been funny if it wasn't so fatally serious. the commission apparently believed her assurances of safety and the huge additional antennas were soon okayed. this was ~15 yrs ago. now that meeting might not even happen.
great article Roman. i loved the clip with the niners. in 2020-2021 i was watching a lot of basketball w my B-ball lovin husband - and the warrior leadership were so proud of their new "chase" stadium and the media-touted 5G (i think they were one of the first such "blessed" teams). anyway, i watched as one player after another kept getting bad injuries - like steph especially - and clay was already sidelined for a year or more. lots of ligament issues. poor guys. bad enough the lack of sleep, little sunlite, etc.
Great question. It really depends on location - by the beach/ water I would say tends to be safe as water is an electrical insulator. I've gone barefoot in my backyard, but I do wear rubber soled sandals in my home as the current runs through piping, as I'm typing on a computer etc. Does that help clarify?
You say 70 percent of power station current routes back to substation underground, perhaps hitting and running along a lot of the metal in ground and among then up enough to cause harm so players may be getting fried more further away if metal is there..
So requires careful EMF metering charting.
Big money here is going to pressure silence is my bet so an independent doing a secret measuring off hours on video could be cool of you..or someone..
I have to think Intel elites have already solved problem w giant lead panels plus likely broadcasting opposing frequencies ie think pendants on steroids but again are pressured to be silent by big money into power,ha!
Again ,answer may be to reflect EMF straight down into ground w multi telescopic or blinder like panels, have to believe graphene giant panels could be programmed to suck it up into quantum void as it's proven it can with lasers and graphene ink the width of only binder paper!
Thank you Jonathan for your comment. The EPRI document, and Glaser's bibliography of 2000 sources, not to mention the military themselves admit harm from EMF, is enough to enact the precautionary principle, and not have a stadium near a substation, is it not?

great work! glad to hear your county is aware and willing to think outside the techno box - even county officials.

So, barefoot grounding: yea or nay?

Here's a different angle on the theory from an electrical engineering student: https://jonathanpbell.substack.com/p/the-49ers-and-the-danger-of-electrical
