Dr. Jack Kruse, MD says not to use PEMF devices. Have you asked him for his opinion on the iMRS mats?

Great question Robin. I know he doesn't like a lot of these gadgets, but then again he uses transcranial magnetic stimulation. I was also against PEMF, until seeing Magda's research, and Adrian's solution. Most PEMF use higher frequencies, not in the range of the Schumann resonance, and the quality of the waveform is poor.

In my research of Kruse - I think he ties PEMF detriments to chronic nitric oxide release. nnEMF causes nitric oxide to be released, but so does sunlight - it's a matter of balance. I think if one is in a healthier light environment, then these devices could be "safer." Then again not sure how much Kruse has researched all of the PEMF devices.

Sounds like I need a Kruse 2.0 interview.

I do not know the details as to why, but I can guess what they are. #1 - Nothing can replace Mother Nature and her role in circadian biology and biophysics. If I remember correctly, he mentioned PEMF twice in his Nourish Vermont presentations in 2016 & 2017. 2016 for sure in relation to Dr. Magda Havas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-_DTk9hYvI&t=6s

There are other sources that say PEMF is questionable. I have to re-read them.

Uncle Jack mentions using static magnets; and NOT pulsed. He mentioned https://magneticosleep.com/ Adrian mentioned that static magnets work too. My dog chooses to lay on his Nikken static magnet dog bed, when he feels it's necessary. He's an inside dog, but we get him outside as much as possible.

Have you used the iMRS mats? If yes, how many sessions have you experienced? Before I'd ever invest that much money, I'd want to be sure they benefit me more than what I'm currently using. And I'd measure their RF/EF/EMF frequencies to make sure they are within safe ranges. And I'd want to verify with live blood analysis that my RBC & WBCs are not clumping. I also would want to use them with my horses and dog.

Hi Robin. Thanks for sharing. I like that you're being skeptical. No I haven't used these devices yet, but I look forward to doing so very soon. The magnetico is a great device as well, but not in my budget yet. That said, when it comes to EMF, I would trust Magda over Jack, as she's done the research first-hand, but then again, always good to take things with a grain of salt. I look forward to our discussion on Thursday.

Skeptical is truly where I am, because of the expense. I'm finding that adequate sunlight exposure and grounding take away my low back pain and all other joint pains. I do yoga asanas while outside in the sun.

Free vs $5,000 is a big difference. To me, the iMRS pads were designed for practitioners offices. It's a tool for city dwellers like the EMR-Tek red light devices Kruse uses in his office. I'm thankful that we live on acreage that provides safe EMF and buffers us from our neighbors' nn-EMR. In summary, I don't match iMRS's target market. And that's OK.

Hi Robin, thanks for your honest feedback. I'm happy that you can continue applying less-is-more medicine, and that you keep seeing results with your consistency. Thanks again for the update.

"Less is better" is the homeopathic mantra. I have a friend who just got out of the hospital with a list of six new medications. That always seems to happen during a hospital stay, where the MD medical mantra is "more is better". I'm always afraid that six drugs given in correct individual doses will reach a collective toxic dose. This is why patient advocates are needed. Same is true with any intervention. I take the time it takes so it takes less time to accomplish the task AND I use the right tool for the job. The more I build my solar callous, the more I see the benefits of making melanin and having natural light and magnetism dictate my physiology. It's only taken me 72 yrs to experience this phenomina. Better late than never. Namaste.

i too am skeptical. for many of the same reasons. plus, it just ain't natural - tho neither is the current environment, even for those of us fortunate to live away from 'civilization'.

I have a friend who has one who has used it with her autistic son and it has worked wonders for them.

Yes. I've personally used for a number of issues and received good results. We had a Tesla coil at the chiropractic office where I was a Massage Therapist for many years. I got to witness a lot of patients getting great results!

Thank you Kevin for sharing your experience! Would love to have you on our webinar this Thursday to give feedback, if you're able to join us.

Pm me if you would please so that I can mark it on my calendar.

'System' as to body needs to be replaced by 'responsive'. That which is organic and life-affirming mustn't be conceptualized as 'immune system'. The body's not a machine.

Thanks for the article. Very well presented overall.

Hi Roman, I just tried PEMF 10 days ago actually. I have been having relentless pain in my arm. I found it helpful, using it twice for about a half hour each time at a specialists office - it did bring some relief, though I have not progressed that much in my overall relief yet. Two questions:

1. I am not applying colloidol silver on my arm - do you think there is any possible reason not to do PEMF while using silver?

2. I now believe my arm pain is from shingles (a large rash has finally broken out), which is is said to cause this kind of horrible nerve pain. Do you think PEMF would be effective/beneficial for this type of situation?

Thanks again for all of your great work!

Hi Michael, thanks for the comment - great questions! Honestly, 'm not 100% sure. However I don't see why it wouldn't be beneficial. Can you join us for the webinar? I can forward your question to Adrian.
