I want to get a landline (in California) but concerned that it might being more electricity-action into my home? I don't have wifi, at all, not even land-lines for that What do you think? Ps i do have landline for my energy meters that i replaced the "smart" stuff with..🙏
Good question. Technically-speaking, a copper wire could carry ground current EMF into the home. The only way to be sure would be to measure the current in the area with a fluke 189 meter (I know a consultant who does this). In our home we always had the line, so I keep the phone on speaker phone so I don't bring the receiver to my ear. It's a decision you have to make b/w being able to get in touch for emergencies, or having just internet to keep in touch. Personally I think having the landline as a backup is a good idea. You could always also put in Stetzerizer filters to filter out the dirty electricity, which would help the overall EMF picture. Hope I didn't overwhelm you too much!
