That's the most crazy, amazing thing, Roman! Since I've been shutting down the breakers to give myself rest, I have been getting that tinnitus while I lie in bed. It's really bugging me!!! Thankful to you and the Scotty for sharing their wisdom with this gal. I'm putting the aluminum foil next to my breakers RIGHT NOW!!
Hi Charlene, it could also very well be that you're more sensitive when there is more radio silence, you hear more. This happens to me. Not sure about putting the aluminum foil next to the breakers, but you could test it. Best to have the breakers off before you put down any aluminum foil. Were you going to put your feet on the foil? Is that what you meant?
Right now is your chance to correct me :) I was going to put down foil at the breaker box because I don't have stone like Scotty does when he says "I’m thinking there’s an actual perceptive difference when I ground after touching the circuit breaker, and when I don’t ground after touching the circuit breaker.”
Definitely I am more "sensitive" to the high pitch when I am trying to sleep, but it didn't use to be part of my home environment. It used to happen only when I was around cell phones. So are you saying that I need to put down the aluminum only after I turn off the breakers?
A lot of people I know now suffer from tinnitus now. Myself included. My left ear has a cicada playing a harmonica inside my head. I thought it was from the loud noise on my job sites.
It might well be from that bluetooth ear bud I use to listen to my music and podcasts well I work. Since last week I have been thinking maybe the earbud has something to do with it and you just confirmed it.
I'm going to toss it in the trash now and go back to a hardwired earpiece.
Glad to hear it Gas Axe! just remember if you use a hardwired earpiece to put the phone on airplane mode, otherwise you'll conduct radiofrequency along the wire right into your auditory nerve.
off topic but i want to mention my discovery of late regarding the Ontario city of Thorold's refusal to accept the script being thrust at us all in Canadian municipalities presented by the UN and their 'hidden' Dum City program. Happily i read that Thorold has flatly rejected to incorporate the over reach of this all encompassing 'law' of the parasitic pathetics. Power to the People !!
Hi Bev! Thanks for writing in. Funny you should mention Thorold and the UN agenda. I was there at the meeting over a year ago when we, along with the help of Maggie Hope Braun, helped overturn this agenda and have the council listen to reason!
My ENT recommended hearing aids to assist with tinnitus. Subsequently he wrote a script to the VA for a hearing test in which disclosed a hearing loss in both ears. The VA provided me with some hearing aids, which incorporates Bluetooth with use of my cell phone and tablet. Now, knowing that Bluetooth is hazardous I will need to de-activate Bluetooth connections.
Thanks Jon for your comment - this is definitely an issue with hearing aids, but glad that you’re aware.
Remember when they just used a battery? Everything is overcomplicated now as the internet of “things” tries to replace people.
I do know of a company in Australia that has non-bluetooth hearing aids. Not sure where you’re located, but I reached out them to see if they deliver to the US, but have yet to hear back.
Interesting about the darker melanin…II Chronicles 6:1 the LORD hath said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. (Also noteworthy the original 1611 KJB is written in the thick dark gothic font)
When you say wired, you mean hardwired? Dirty electricity could still very well be a contributor, even when hardwired. Plus oxalates, which he could have in his diet..
He has hardwired and Wi-Fi, ring doorbell automatic this automatic that. He worked with computers back in the IBM day. He has diabetes. Don't know about his oxalate consumption. I know he doesn't eat beans.
Anyway he won't take any input from me. He plays music in the background too drown out the tinnitus. Sounds like hell to me but he keeps plugging on.
Thanks Sadie! Yes it should - just make sure you're not on electronics, and measure the area if you have a meter to make sure there isn't an electric field. I stand on a piece in my bedroom once i turn the power off.
Thank you for this article! Just out of curiosity, you mention getting light through your basement window. Do we actually get the same quality of light through a pane of glass as we would if we were outside. Like, if I watch the sunrise through my living room window, is this still going to benefit me?
Hi Anna, sorry for the confusion - I should have clarified that my window was open. Most windows block red and UV wavelengths. Definitely get outside for the sunrise. The brightness of the light could help with your circadian rhythm when inside behind the window, but it won't have the same potent effects of mitochondrial regeneration and optimal health, if that makes sense.

Gotcha. No you could put it down, I just wouldn't step on it until after I turn the power off as there would probably be an electric field nearby.
thas what i was planning, thanks Roman!

My 82-year-old neighbor has his house wired for everything. He has tinnitus. He does not believe emfs are a problem.

Geez that does sound pretty desperate. Sorry to hear that - hopefully it's good music?
Gag, Taylor Swift. 😟
Seriosly? That old and listening to Taylor? He deserves what he gets then.
Well he's a nice neighbor.
I've stopped trying to enlighten or help people. I've learned, over the years, to only help people if they ask. 🤔
I do agree about Taylor Swift and modern music. It's all programming.
If you want to learn about how and why the Beatles were created, check out Sage of quay on YouTube. Mike Williams.
Listening to Bach as l type. 🙂
Thank you, an excellent and detailed article, well done!
It's only been recently for me hearing the "clicking" it's SO annoying and invasive.
Can we assume the clicking is microwaves frequency? And why would it only be a recent experience for me?
Any remedies known you could suggest that cost nothing?
Thanks again Roman, always golden work 🥰
Great questions Darling. Oxalates could be a contributor, or dirty electricity. We're doing a webinar this Thursday if you want to attend,, ask questions etc. https://www.thepowercouple.ca/registration-page-c1a7444d-ad68-4b61-bb42-36faa3f7aad7
Fabulous, thank you Roman! :)
Amazing piece. Thank you so much. I appreciate you and all your hard work.♥ So, if I can't get outside, standing on a piece of foil will help??

Hi
I haven’t gotten past the part where you said
137.5
And then talking about the radio.
Do you happen to know of ken wheeler?
I remembered that number because he had said to Google
Golden angle in his you tube video.
Here’s links if interested
