As opposed to many popular authors on Substack thriving on fear-porn, Roman, as so many times in his previous articles, is addressing something essential in an intelligent and authentic manner, a subject that only a few dare to approach, while hardly anyone, if anyone, exists to publicize products without the hope for profiting from them. I call those bottom feeders, because they are aiming at exorbitant profits, while feeding off people's fear.
I am cross-posting this article in order to raise awareness of the problem, while encouraging critical thinking about the subject.
I am fairly certain that my hospitalisation and near death for supposed covid, and 4 subsequent pain/digestive attacks (IE vagus nerve collapse) are caused by 5G. I am poor, I am a renter, so cannot do the big things to protect myself. I have to find another way.
I am thinking that if the same meters are used by ghost hunters and EMF hunters, maybe those emanations can be dispelled by the same or similar agents. Desperate times lead to desperate measures. Now where did I put that sage stick?
I'm actually being serious. There are plants in nature that are known to combat both ionising and non ionising radiation, and it occurred to me that either tea drunk might protect the body from the inside, or smoke might protect the immediate environment around the body. So that is where my mind is currently hunting for insight.
Christine, I like how you're thinking holistically. I've only used sage a couple times in the past, however combatting smoke with a smokey-aura/emf field makes sense. I know that aloe vera is one of those plants, along with other succulents such as snake plant, that can absorb EMF.
I am looking at plants from three different perspectives.
Firstly, certain plants around us might absorb a certain amount of the EMFs. I have a few plants around me.
Secondly, certain plants consumed might infuse the body elements that cause emissions that repel EMFs. (These are unlikely to be the same as the plants that absorb EMFs, so maybe aloe vera is not a good product to consume of you are an emf sensitive)
Thirdly, certain plants consumed might help heal the nerve damage being done by the EMFs.
The research done on EMFs and plants often does not clearly discriminate between whether the plant in the environment is protective, whether the plant consumed is protective, or whether the plant consumed helps heal the EMF nerve damage.
Since I had covid, I have researched a lot of supplements. First I researched to find supplements that can dispense with the so called spike protein. After that, I looked for supplements that could reduce blood sugar readings, and now third, I have been looking for supplements that can either protect from or heal nerve damage from EMFs.
Amazingly or not, the same supplements have turned up in each of the three searches, first as a treatment for covid, second as a treatment for high blood sugar and third as a treatment for nerve damage from EMFs. The products that turned up each time include green tea, olive leaf extract and turmeric. So what is going on here? My guess is that supposed covid, supposed diabtes and reaction to EMFs are all caused by the same thing - EMFs - so the first line of treatment must be protection from EMFs.
For supporting your body in dealing with the constant radiation we live in Turkey Tail mushroom (tincture, tea or powdered extract capsules) is a go to. Also look into taking Yarrow flower essence, it energetically strengthens your own electromagnetic field / aura which helps to lessen the frequencies that can penetrate this boundary we each have.
Jas, thanks for this. I have just looked up yarrow as it is a plant I really like. If you recall, I said "I am thinking that, if the same meters are used by ghost hunters and EMF hunters, maybe those emanations can be dispelled by the same or similar agents. " Enter yarrow. I will be experimenting with this.
Yes to Queen Yarrow, as I like to call her. 🌿 She is the best and blankets the hill I live on. I use her oil, and drink tea/tincture, and the essence is wonderfully protective, too. She's great in a clearing bath. I even have a hard time composting her stalks, so I have them in vases in my house. Sometimes I'll burn them in my wood stove. Love Turkey Tail too... :)
Very interesting about those 3 plant friends and your last two lines, which i think is probably true. Also, for symptomatic relief from RF/emf and even repair/rejuvenation, i have found anything with lots of beneficial microflora - yogurt, kefir, kim chi, kombucha, unpastuerized sauerkraut and pickles, etc to be tremendously helpful. In fact, when moderately or seriously exposed to RF/emf, they are the only things i am drawn to consuming and they help me to recover immediately - but you probably already know about this.
good thinking Christine. I am wondering if you have tried walking barefoot in wet grass (or any grass) to help discharge the emfs from your body. Or lying on the ground outside. It helps me a lot.
Thanks for going into details about EMFs. I had no clue. Just purchased a 4G phone as I didn't want to subject myself to all the fear about 5G. I do NOT use WiFi at home, not my computer, not my cell. This article is going into my list of "saves" from Ray.
Thank you Fran, I'm very happy you've found value in this post. Thanks for stopping by to leave such a kind comment (: Feel free to check out my other ones for a basic understanding on
There is so much misinformation regarding 5G that it spins one's head. Its hard to differentiate between the Facts and the BS. Or do people really know for sure? Why can't we just be told the truth and make our own decisions on our own lives. Just makes me very angry. I will also your articles too, Roman. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for trying to keep the public on the up and up. In the end, its what most of us want. For the rest of the population, if they want to be lemmings, thats their decision.
Hi, what about grounding bed sheets with a silver surface, will they reduce or eliminate EMF signals and wifi waves from our router? You said that grounding the house is important.
Thanks for the question. No, these bed sheets would not reduce/eliminate EMF from WiFi. The best solution is to turn your WiFi router off, at least at night when not in use. In theory you could have a grounded bed sheet, but you would have to have a bed canopy installed to block out the higher microwave WiFi frequencies. Canopies don't block out lower magnetic frequencies, and can exacerbate EMF for this reason.
The best check to see if frequencies are being blocked or stopped is to have your body voltage tested by a building biologist (https://buildingbiology.com/about/) with a body voltage meter.
I had this done, and the only time my voltage was zero was when the power breaker was shut off to the house. When your voltage is low, magnetic fields may still pass through you, but won't attract themselves to your body more, as they need electrical currents and other fields to be attracted to. Does this help answer your question?
I live in an apartment so who knows what devices are surrounding me. I’m on the top floor but have neighbors on each side of me and below me. And other apartment surround my building as well. Then there’s the new death tower on top of a hill that I can see, maybe 1 mile away…and more and more commercial buildings have the death towers on their roofs. I believe those commercial buildings’ landlords get paid handsomely to have them on their roofs while the plebs work inside those buildings day in and day out. Then there’s the nursing home I work in with a ton of electronics, radar systems, WiFi routers every 5 ft, employees are expected to carry a special cell phone (replaced pagers) and a walkie talkie….and everyone still carries their own cell phone as well. I refuse to carry any cell phones while at work but I have to carry the walkie talkie.
How can I protect myself at work and at home in an apartment. Landlord won’t allow my own electrician and I’m thinking about talking with the neighbors but I don’t want to throw fear into their lives by asking where the keep their devices….also, I think you can wear out the breaker fuse if it’s turned on/off frequently.

Okay, good to know. But will the grounding sheet INCREASE the danger of radiation impact instead then? Our router is also downstairs at the opposite corner of the house and approximately 7 meters away with walls and floor between. That helps, I guess.
Moreover, with main power switched off, our fridge and freezer would also stop working!
Potentially, yes, the grounding sheet could increase the radiation, as it's another metal you're bringing into the equation. Beds without metal, and with wooden frames (futon-type) are often best. Grounding can get tricky, so I would recommend that you have a professional come in to do this if you go that route. I shut off all the plugs on the breaker but the fridge. I confirmed that my body voltage was zero when a building biologist measure me as my wife was shutting off the relevant breakers. However even if you shut off the power to just your bedroom alone, this would go a long way. Just make sure the fridge isn't on the same circuit (:
Thanks for the reply. Regarding the bed grounding sheet, this is plugged into the grounding inlet on our socket extension. Does this make a difference? Makes me earthed all night whilst sleeping.
I'm on the ground floor of three stacked units. My upstairs neighbors measurements are the same as my house so it's either in the walls or going through his floors, my ceiling. My bedroom has lower measurements, but still high which tells me it's his living room WiFi and probably also in the walls. I use the Electrosmart App on my phone and it tells me at least ten measurements from other units. These Apps may track you, so if you use it, uninstall after.
Grounding is good, and it's best done by walking barefooted, but most people, including me, are living a sedentary lifestyle. Good grounding, however, is hard to ensure, especially in an urban environment...

I would live my life barefoot if it was socially acceptable. 😂 luckily I live in FL though where flip-flops - even at work - are the norm, so I think that is better than wearing rubber soled sneakers for ex (also luckily, I work from home 60% of the time - i used to get terrible headaches at work pre-COVID when I was there 5 days a week with all the servers & shit in the building). People laugh at me when I tell them I garden & do yard work barefoot, etc.... I just don't like shoes restricting my lil feeties lol and grounding is good for you!
Let them laugh...you'll be laughing hardier than they are. Amazing what a little grounding and gardening can do for the body and soul. I used to work out in the gym all the time, now gardening, and walking 2x per day is a total workout for me. Life is all about balance, isn't it? Thanks for stopping by to leave your thoughts.
Thx for this, I am going to subscribe. I am mostly interested in designing a good Faraday Cage for some electronics I want to harden against an EMP. Do you have information on this subject?
Thank you for the question Steven. I don't have any information for you specifically on that at the moment, but what I can say is that faraday cages are a tricky subject for sure. I've gotten a lot of questions on this recently, so I will be sending out a post on this topic. FYI even if your faraday cage cancels the call signal on your phone, this definitely isn't sufficient for other electronics, as an EMP carries many different frequencies. The most sensitive part of the cage is where the opening is, so you'd want this double sealed with conductive aluminum or other tape, making sure that both the opening and the vessel have tight contact. You'd also want to place the electronics on a piece of cardboard or something, so they're not just resting on bar metal. How big of a cage do you want to build?
OK cool, I will look forward to your post about it. I am subscribed. In terms of size, I would say not much bigger than a banker's box, I only have some small electronic devices (radios, flashlights, Geiger counter) that I want to protect from any future EMPs, natural or man made. From the research I have done to date, yes it seems that sealing the joint is one of the biggest issues. Many designs seem to be simply covering a cardboard box in aluminum foil and then putting metal tape around to seal the edges. At the moment I have my stuff in some metal boxes, and wrapped inside with alum foil, but I know I can do better. I will look forward to your future comments.
Roman, thanks so much for addressing so many of these issues. I'm just getting used to reading substacks and it feels like if I click on the "continue" tab, I'll never find the one I was reading, so why don't you just write a book? 😁
I'll have to save this and go back to catch what I may have missed.
Thanks so much Samantha - it's good to know my content is easy to understand, especially with this type of topic. That said, I don't want to rule shielding out, it's just something that needs to be approached with caution.
Hello, dear Roman Shapoval! Thank you for your insightful post! I am a naturopathic doctor and have been talking to each of my patients about EMF, EMF protection. There is a lot for me to learn. Your substacks will be of a great help!
1. I tend to recommend to turn off WIfi completely or at least at night, for sure. I have mine turned off. We do use eathernet but I have not thought about the magnetic field in them. What would be the best device you use to measure magnetic fields (I had one, cannot find it but I can invest into a new one) . The same for cell phone (on Fight mode, or off completely at night). This is definitely a tricky area Ray. Less is usually more - and once people realize that there is no escape, then the towers will come down.
I'm afraid that people will tumble first...
Gotta get worse before it gets better, and it's hard for us to see the "worse" as these emfs are invisible.
It seems to be getting substantially worse now. :)
yay Roman!!!
You've saved me from going down another dead end. I have been researching shielding and wondering how to assess any of it. So thank you.
Nice! Thanks Christine. Don't you love that? 😀 May I ask, what was your concern/issue/question?
