I love it. Thank you Angela for trying - now I'm curious and will do so. Wonder why - maybe they're just banning anything from Substack?

Perhaps because Ray-Ban is a major advertising partner.

Fakebook, google, youtube, reddit, twitter, and more, censor. They have beein doing so for many years. They do not want us to know what is really going on, to find out about

Covid remedies, etcetera. Thousands of youtube video's, and many platform hosts have

been scrubbed. Google and other search engines have been corrupted in many ways.

I've posted substack links before, so I don't think it was that, I think it was the topic. I disputed the claim and they said I may be "misleading" people, definitely something they don't want people to know about.

Crazy how advanced the AI is, or maybe it's just a FB employee sitting there removing it. Maybe the words "harm" and/or "sunglasses" triggered it. I'm lost when it comes to how platforms censor. Thanks anyway Angela! Did I tell you anything you already didn't know?

It is so crazy! I had not thought about the metal rimmed frames increasing the EMF levels and I assume this would be for regular glasses as well. I have my bony nose (which I hated as a child and grew to love as an adult) to thank for me only wearing plastic (or some non-metal material) frames…Of course the little screws are metal. This is such an important topic!!! When I stopped wearing sunglasses it took me months to adjust, I didn’t realize the habit I had gotten into of always reaching for them. I’ve said for years, too, getting chickens saved me because I get up early to tend to them (without my glasses) and ensure I get enough of the early sun in my eyes. The change has been gradual but noticeable. I realized when I was a kid I never wore sunglasses, my eyes were great, I never sunburned, so why not the same now!

Thanks for sharing all that Angela. Don't you love how Mother Nature is there for us when we let her? The chickens are smarter than most humans...our problem is we're not wise, but too clever, for our own good. I love your comment - do you mind if I use part of a testimonial/ restack as a mention this week?

Hi Roman. Hope you guys are coping with the madness?

Looking at the sun can be fairly easy to avoid. However, most people are exposed to reflection of the sun in building glass, car mirrors and windows etc.

Can this cause solar retinopathy?

-Scotoma, migraine like headache, photophobia.

I have read that it is completely safe that only 10% is reflected, but reflected sunlight brings on retinopathy for me.

Regards, Justin.

I personally stopped wearing sunglasses completely except when driving.

Thanks Michael! You'll be amazed how your eyes adjust. After seeing the Sunrise and getting out in the AM light along with getting UV into the eye, I can now drive no problem even with a little glare. Do you get out for the Sunrise?

It's a must. Our best chance to avoid neurodegeneration by restarting our ability to produce melatonin optimally at sunrise, plus building our neuromelanin with those longer wavelengths. https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/lightpyramid

So much to learn - thanks for being open to it Michael.

Without sunglasses one will get cataracts. The pineal gland sees the sunlight about an inch above the middle of the eyebrows and not between them. This report is flawed.

Expand full comment
author

Thanks Beverly for your comment.

So how did humans cope before sunglasses?

Did most have cataracts? Why would a high level of serum vitamin D (made under the presence of UV) be protective of cataracts, when UV is supposedly the same thing that causes them?

Expand full comment

They didn’t if they were outside all the time. 22 years ago I was told I needed cataract surgery and to start wearing sunglasses. I started wearing sunglasses and took a homeopathic remedy to reverse the cataracts. I have never needed the surgery. FYI the skin transmits the UV light to the gut where the vitamin D is made.

The pineal gland makes melatonin, among other things that regulates sleep.

This is very interesting. And something I have never thought about. Sunglasses are of course completely un-natural, and it makes sense that our eyes should also get sunlight. And if it can increase melanin and help sleep, even better. I have basically always used sunglasses when out, but when I go running today, I will do with no sunglasses. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Restacked the post :)

I just tried to post it on Facebook as well. Same thing happened. They removed it almost instantly. Great article Roman. I've been trying to share the downfalls of wearing sunglasses and living with LEDs with friends and family. Seems people still think it's 'misinformation' or conspiracy.

I never was into sunglasses. I never had a problem with the sun lol.

But most people around me still buy into it!

One thing I found interesting from your article was the fact that melanin protects from nnEMF. Also, about metal glasses attracting / amplifying EMFs. I suspected that and have always gone for plastic glasses. I hate that they all block UV though! VivaRays in Canada is one company that doesn't put on UV protection.

I hear you Nina - I'm trying to source some decent eyeglasses w/o UV. Do you wear computer glasses?

Yes melanin is amazing - here's an article I wrote on that:

The only glasses without UV that I've found are VivaRays. Let me know if you find another source. I don't have computer glasses yet, if you mean the blue-blocking kind. I'm still trying to improve my eyesight so I haven't settled on a prescription! Thanks for your informative articles. It's amazing how generally 'unavailable' this information is! I posted something on Facebook recently about the dangers of smart meters and people think it's misinformation!

Hi, I never wore sunglasses. But blue light blockers help with being on computers.

I believe chronic fatigue comes from poor nutrition, nutrient deficiencies, processed foods, geoengineering in the sky, massive amounts of stress in the past three years for many reasons,

Another great write up :)

My husband continues to not wear sunglasses, since the first time I saw you write about it, and told him. Alan is a big problem in his life though because of his job. He avoided the impending need for glasses to be able to functionally see by ditching his almost lifelong sunglasses habit. He isn't 20/20, but a big improvement. He's still trying to figure out how to work without Alan exposure (evening job). I'm thinking blue light blocking glasses might help until he can get away from it.

My vision continues to be 20/20, though I used my husbands computer after sunset for a week a few months back and was horrified at how quickly my vision blurred. It came back fast after I went back to candle light only after sunset. The speed of the decline was crazy! I used to be able to tolerate a little Alan exposure, not anymore (we live in a high EMF area).

I quit wearing sunglasses decades ago. I keep a pair in the car and only use at times when I am driving directly into the sun at sunrise or sunset when it can be blinding. At most, 10-15 minutes a year. :-) Otherwise, I wear a billed cap to cut glare.

Do you know if they put UV protection in regular glasses?

My optometrist orders them from whatever lab she uses to make them. I suppose I would need to ask her office. Next time I get new lenses I will make sure they are UV protection free.

Thanks Charlene, please do. Most glasses have UV protection built-in, just like our windows.

I wonder if they can even make then without the UV protection. They love to impose their "science" on everyone, no choice. Generally, I stay away from doctors and medical people. They are too dangerous! LOL.

Last time I was at the optometrist's, she said my astigmitism was gone and my prescription needed to be reduced. I credit the organic raw food diet I have been on for over twenty years for my good health and better eyesight. But, after reading your article, perhaps ditching sunglasses so long ago has contributed.

I tested these ideas during over a four month period while working outside in Dubai. I did my sun experiments in conjunction with a strict diet based on keto and intermittent fasting. I had not felt healthier in many years. All this during COVID-1984. Even though being a very pale-skinned person, with proper internal hydration (drinking water) and external moisturization (natural organic oils on exposed skin) i could stand in direct afternoon sunlight in the desert for an just over an hour before i would seek shade. I never got burnt.

I have also noticed that spending time outdoors without sunglasses restores my sight to some degree as contrasted with spending far too much time indoors at a computer screen. Sunlight restores some of my vision.

Same as wearing sunscreen. I have never worn sunscreen, I have floaties in my eyes, I just got the floaties since the start of covid, where I have been on the computer all day most days looking for answers. I went for my eye exam so she sent me to a specialist. OH my I need to see a cataract that is there. I asked why did I get these and the answer is the same we do not know. So I was schedule to remove. I do not like people near my eyes. I cancelled as I did not feel right about it. As I believe that it is the computer that did it. Now that I have moved out of city living 16 floors in the air and I am not on the computer all day, I do believe it is getting better. The eye doctor told me, you must wear your sunglasses or it will get worse. Really, I like looking at the sun.....and have always believed that wearing sun glasses weakens the eyes. Thank you Roman for your great articles.
