Thank you so much Marta for letting us know! What part did you enjoy the most?

I was born and grew up in Poland, left at twenty seven (in 81). Now so much older, living in Australia and (amongst other issues) contemplating the poisoning of our food supply and ubiquity of highly processed foodstuff, I can help but be grateful for: simple, nutritious food, minimal allopathic intervention (incl. vaxx), abundance of herbal and natural remedies etc., that set me in good health for life. Of course it wasn't easy,

but, looking back (personal view, of course), apart from political issues,

it was much, much healthier way to live. Your "throw back" to the Slavic traditions was the most endearing and I enjoyed the whole post very much.

Wish you the best in your endeavours, culinary and otherwise lol тЭдя╕П

This warms our heart to know we could strike a chord with you Marta. Our traditions are very dear to Roman and I as well- and we try to seek natural , holistic alternatives before all others.

Dear Marta, thank you so much for sharing your story. Its sounds like you've seen both a lot of political and personal changes throughout your life, and have learned to use them as a teaching moment. I'm happy we can continue to inspire. We also feel out of alignment with the allopathic interventions, and are doing our best to carve out a holistic future, tied to our roots. Working our way back to the future in a way, is an exciting endeavour is it not?

Thanks so much for your support.
