So, I cannot find the info you posted on Pau d’ Arco bark. I’m pretty sure you made a tea from it. Would you go over the benefits & how to use the bark properly? Thank you😊

Here's a quick link, but I will put together some resources on that on this Monday's article as well.

Have you ever made a tea out of it before? I usually steep overnight and then drink the water the next morning, and/or blend the soaked bark into my smoothie.

Thank you. I haven’t made the tea but I got a bag of the bark.

Good Day Diane, here's another article I published today with a heavy detox protocol I like to do:

The Irish Store https://www.theirishstore.com/catalogs makes wonderful 100% merino wool sweaters, and they seem to have great sales around now (post Christmas) - plus they are very warm. Only drawback to me is, the wool the major Irish makers are using now is not like the old fishermen knits whcih were a coarser feel but never pilled and lasted 'forever'. These re much softer, less or non-scratchy, but they do pill.

Thank you so much Yantra! I will definitely share with my wife, who loves everything irish. I take it you wear lots of wool?

I wear it most of the time since i like it and learned many years back that it helped (protect?) with emfs, though i did not know that cotton was the opposite. Also, i think silk may also be helpful re emfs, though i don't like how the poor silkworms are treated to take their cocoons.

Duofold (which got rolled into Champion) used to make wonderfiul thermal pants and tops - traditional two layer "longjohns" that were cotton interior, wool & cotton exterior, with just 5% nylon - so soft comfy and a great base layer. Now they are all synthetic (as of just a few years ago) and i can't find any such thing ANYWHERE. Yes, i know there are 100% wool thermal pants, etc like you mentioned - but the fit is tight, more like leggings, and does not feel the same at all. So i still wear my quite ragged versions.

Thank you Roman - important info re what body voltage is, how to measure it and how important it is to have your bedroom be a safe haven.

All of our systems have become corrupted. It starts with government and then creeps into science, food, medicine, academia, media and more.

This is how we fix it:

We need each other now more than ever. Thank you for the link - I hope to read it, once I am done solving my problem of time management!

That was interesting to learn about cotton vs wool. I still have a mountain of wool socks from my time in the Corps as they're great for hiking. I should wear them more often as well as look out for other wool products.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Thanks. I know, isn't that a cool factoid?

Most wool products however aren't 100% wool, usually a mix. 100% wool usually can be very loose, but if you have them, keep them!

The socks I wear are 75% merino wool, then nylon and elastic.

I buy all my clothing from this company, which has 100% merino wool tops and bottoms:

Gotcha. Yeah I have socks from various brands. Some are still very tight like I just bought them yesterday.

Thanks for the link!!!

I looked through the article and the list of points covered, did not find a link to the voltage thermometer you recommend. (I'm sure you've mentioned it in other articles). Anyway, would you please give one or more links? Thanks in advance.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Hi Elsa! Good morning. Sorry about that - sheesh! You're right I didn't have a link, but have now updated the article thanks to you. Here's a link to one by SLT, a reputable company I buy from in Guelph Ontario:

Just checked - a bit pricey, but not that terribly expensive, when you consider the huge benefits.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

yes exactly - and once you've bought it, it's an investment that you can keep using. I now have about 3 meters, before that I was hesitant in buying any due to cost, but I'm glad I have them now as they've opened my eyes to just how much EMF is around me, and has allowed me to be proactive in reducing them as a result.

Elsa's avatar

Great!! But 3 ...?? How did that happen?

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Sorry 3 different kinds - one that measures radiofrequency & magnetic fields, one for electric, and one for body voltage.

Elsa's avatar

Yikes!!!!! But the one to buy, if one is to get only one, is the one at the link you gave. Is that right?

Elsa's avatar

Thank you.
