Dear subscribers - my wife and I are taking the time to unplug and camp out this week. We appreciate your comments and will get back to you next week! - Roman and Bohdanna
I suspect it is fungal - lots of links between these skin issues and various types of fungus - and fungus are sensitive to types of light - both blue and red are needed to kill them, while some blue light frequencies alone can make them grow. These skin issues on the face are also highly correlated with Parkinson's - whenever I am more symptomatic than normal, I can tell it by the inflammation of skin on my face. Some of these fungus are known to eat l-dopa the precursor to dopamine, and deposit alpha-synuclein the misfolded protein associated with pd, and so there is a school of thought that these fungal infections are causal of pd, and hence anything which makes the fungus worse will increase the symptoms. This will include too much screen use, according this...
I supplement with Borax for arthritis but as an added side effect, it has cleared up fungal problems in my toenails. I'm told it helps with internal fungal infections as well. Might be worth looking into. I follow RCP and it is one of the recommendations of the protocol.
Since my 12 year old son got home from camp (without any devices for 3 weeks), he’s been glued to his phone/video games and has had a few little spots of eczema or a rash of some kind around his mouth! We have a pool but we can never interest him in even coming outside. His whole social life with friends is online—they spend a lot of time together there but rarely get together in person. I think this change happened over Covid, his grade/age level having been particularly affected in this specific way. I will share this information with him, but he won’t listen. In my family, I’m the crazy lady. My husband isn’t on board at all and my kids take his side because, well, most people do. It’s the norm, and it’s easier.
Since 2020 my left ear (the one I have held my cell phone to when I first had a cell phone -later used speaker phone) has been weepy, crusty, painful in the outer ear canal. Earlier this year my right ear became problematic in the same way only milder. I have been unable to hear well out of my left ear since June of this year. I finally saw a dr. who said I had allergies and fluid buildup in the inner ear. Nothing has worked to resolve this -I relented and tried 5 days of steroids which worked...until I stopped taking it. I’m on a low inflammation diet atm (no sugar, dairy or gluten). I am self employed and I live in the country w a garden and animals - I’m outside all the time. So far nothing has worked to heal my ears. Personally I think this is radiation damage from the phone. 😭
My husband has a remedy for all ear related maladies and he has treated me twice with great success. He warms up some water, say a few tablespoons worth and then mixes it 50/50 with hydrogen peroxide and a large pinch of salt. I lay on my side with the affected ear upwards and he pours the solution into my ear. The peroxide bubbles for a few minutes. After about 5 minutes you can get up and dry your ear. Sometimes it only takes one treatment to heal my ear problem, sometimes two but never more than that.
I will try that. I did use hydrogen peroxide by itself. That didn’t seem to work but maybe I need to add the salt and thanks for the suggestion. I’ll see if I can find this comment again in the future after I try it and let you know how it goes!
Thank you. I'll have to look into some more of Olle Johansson.
I can't look at pill commercials the same anymore. All of them have side effects. On one commercial a possible side effect was skin cancer smh. This could all be avoided by shortening the time we spend on our screens, going outside, getting sun, and touching the grass.

Gary Sharpe - Yes, fungal. That is why the five day oral steroid course helped, and then the problem worsened with steroid discontinuation.
Gary - What about my comment did you "like?"
Just curious - trying to be a better Substacker

I sympathise! They are the crazies - if only they knew it!
Thanks, Frances. I’m a fan ❤️

Maybe check carrier and FCC maps for nearby cell towers. 5G especially
No, my son had eczema from small growing up without computers and no TV and no such infrastructure around. He has vaccine damage I now know.
Excellent article! Thank you, Roman.

Yes, I've thought this might be a thing. My face is sensitive to so many things.
Nice to see Olle Johansson getting some attention!
