I’ll take grounding for any kind of healing. No UV radiation for me. Isn’t sun-worship a Freemason thing?

Hi. I’m African-American, Skin Type 6. Is the best time for me to grab UV from the sun also 8-11 AM, or do I have a wider time frame since my skin won’t burn? You mentioned tyrosine as being a precursor to melanin—should we all be supplementing with L-Tyrosine? Finally, you mentioned melanin as having the ability to bind heavy metals. I got the Moderna shot and have since developed autism. What can be done to assist my body in removing the heavy metals in my body?

Hi La-Shawn, thank you so much for your questions, and for sharing, and for your subscription!

The best time to get UV is as soon as the UV index hits 1, which varies on your location, but you can look it up here: https://www.weather.gov/ilx/uv-index

I wouldn't supplement with tyrosine, as our bodies will make it under the presence of UV. Trick is- you need to get infrared/red light in the AM so that you can then build your solar callus enough to then absorb UV and build melanin later. Ex: around NYC / Paris latitude UV begins around 11 and goes to 2pm on average.

In terms of the shot, yes melanin has ability to bind and detox heavy metals. I would ground at Sunrise, and ground barefoot at least 45 min of the day to help pull metals out of the body. Have you heard of Dr. Klinghardt? He has some pretty decent heavy metal detox protocols. Do you have a naturopath? Chlorella is also good at removing heavy metals (taken first thing in the morning and/or 30min before food or bed)

Thank you so much for your response. I’m going to acquaint myself with Dr. Klinghardt’s detox protocols. I had a naturopath a couple of years ago who helped me heal from chronic fatigue. Nowadays, I think I was experiencing the beginnings of autistic burnout. I recently had a metabolic panel done in accordance with The Walsh Protocol—I’ll be going over my results with a new naturopath.

Okay, here goes. I’m 45 now. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with hypertension. I’d go to the cardiologist and sometimes my blood pressure would be perfect while other times it would be extremely high—my GP was flabbergasted by it. I was gaslit by the cardiologist and told to lose weight. I’ve been taking THREE BP meds for five years, but recently my bp became uncontrollable again and my psych nurse wouldn’t start me on stimulants for ADHD until I got a clearance from my cardiologist. There’s nothing wrong with my heart, so I got the clearance. (As an aside, Gary Brecka notes how a lot of folks placed on HBP meds have perfect EKG’s—the issue could be an autoimmune response to homocysteine buildup.) Anyway, my psych nurse prescribed me Propranolol for my anxiety and to lower my bp—it worked. I had already done reading on Propranolol and noted how much it helps people with AUTISM. Also five years ago, I strangely became unable to wear bras—I try to wear one and the constriction literally makes me feel like I want to jump out of my skin. I have sensitivity to clothing materials and usually I wear loose cotton shirts and yoga tights. I’ve also developed a keen sensitivity to noise, which easily triggers my anxiety. A truck goes by revving its engine or blowing its pipes? My anxiety 😥 goes to a 10. Having lunch at a quiet restaurant all by myself is heavenly. As soon as the 12 o’clock 🕛 rush crowd appears, it’s time for me to get up and go before the noise level rattles my nerves. I plugged my Ancestry results into a genetics 🧬 database, so I know I have the MTHFR and COMT gene mutations, and it’s common for ADHD and autism to be co-existing co-morbidities. Dr. Ben Lynch says your genes are not a death sentence and that how these mutations express themselves are influenced by things like diet, oxidative stress, and environment. Well, in today’s world, our whole environment is toxic. I watched an interview with Dr. Klinghardt last night in which he discussed four pollutants: aluminum from chemtrails, glyphosate sprayed on our food supply, fluoride in our water supply, and now EMF radiation from 5g. I’ve self-diagnosed myself with autism and read your post about how autism is an electrical illness. I don’t believe I was born autistic. Rather, I believe I’m someone experiencing high-functioning autistic symptoms which I developed as a result of the perfect storm presented by our world’s current environment. There are too many people people popping up as “late-diagnosed autistic.” I was going to pay out of pocket for an official diagnosis, but I’m going to hold off and see if I can “cure” myself of my current symptoms through a detox.

Hi Roman, thanks for your research. Just found your work. I had seen this topic on YT under a Dr & while I cannot recall the name right now, there’s more to the story! Epoch Times CrossRoads with Josh Phillips did a story today July 3/23 on the 🇺🇸Congress indicating their SUPPORT for blocking out the sun due to “global warming”! I think you also commented on Karen Kingstons work re; nanotechnology. Well, when I tried to even just reference your name under the Epoch Times video on YT, no matter how many times I tried different variations/word combo’s etc, their censorship algorithm kept removing every single reference & post! So I’m even more inclined to believe you & others are on the right track. Not that I was doubting you. I’m sharing this so ppl can be confident in this & speak out on the connections & make them aware of the Congressional plans for “sun dimming”! Thanks for your research & work. We the People need to unite across the 🌎.

Thank you so very much Crippsy for your feedback and support. You're right we really need to come together - these people will be stopped. They don't understand the soul, or the Sun for that matter, but they do know how healing it can be. It's our ultimate free medicine. Thanks for the note on Epoch TImes - will check out the story. Are you seeing a lot of spraying where you are in the US? Why I love getting out in the early morning, as there is more infrared that can at least penetrate.

Most welcome & yes unity will be key, especially since they’re far from done. I’m in 🇨🇦 actually & lots of evidence of chems here. Province of Saskatchewan was like a checkerboard not long before the late May snowstorms we had etc. That was followed by super hot/dry weather even though the snow left the ground 3 days before it. Then came the “wild” fires. Plenty of arsonists arrested/investigations. Good to know about the best time of day also for infrared. I’m in northern part of ON. I’m trying to promote your work so can help ppl & beat these 🤬at their agenda. No matter what I tried on YT, they would NOT let me post anything that related to nanoTek/sunlight etc. Never had that before ever. Thx again. Appreciate your efforts.

Thank you so much Crippsy for the info. My wife and I live in the Niagara region of Ontario, and also smelt those plastic wildfires, or whatever they were. At least we're all coming together now to understand how we can take back our health using ancestral approaches. This is what I'm trying to teach, and believe that it is in our grasp. The more of us who understand how less is more when it comes to natural remedies, the sooner we can turn the tide. Thanks again and feel free to reach out / email me with any questions anytime.

Thanks Roman--have been reading your comments for a year or so--came to this particular talk from your comment this a.m. (8/11) on Outraged Human's post. Have been using "D-Minder" since last winter--don't bother in summer as my veg/fruit gardens, mowing, strimming, hanging wash on the line make it unnecessary. I did get a sore throat at time of wildfires back in June (5-9) here in Phila. area--at first I thought 'cold coming on', but when no cold symptoms appeared, I realized the sensation must have come from smoke in the air. We here had been having 'stay in your house' recommendations. Which I paid no attention to.

Do glasses block the Uc light?

Expand full comment

2 questions -

when you say glasses you mean reading glasses?

did you mean UV not UV-C?

prescription glasses can come with a UV-protective coating, however some infrared should be able to pass through.

typical glass blocks most UV but allows UV-A to pass through. However this is minute comapared to the infinite amount of wavlengths generated by the Sun.

Hi Lisa, great question. It boils down to the amount of blue light and UV-C you can get in the early morning. You can try to see when the UV index hits 1, and get outside, or preferably already be out for the sunrise. Our melanin loves UVC light. Some sources will say that UVC doesn't penetrate the ozone, but this is not completely true as our cells emit and absorb UVC. Depending on the type of cloud, sunlight can be amplified through their water droplets or refracted.

Does that help answer your question?

Yes and oddly, we've had a huge shift in our area and are getting sun. I'm out in it early morning (between 6 - 9am depending on when I get up) for 30 minutes. Though, it's chilly and I mostly get the rays just on my face. Do you recommend exposing skin at that time? Burr!

Expand full comment
author

Hi Lisa, thanks for sharing and for your question. Yes absolutely! Our skin will get a lot of infrared as well as natural blue, which our melanopsin (photoreceptors) love. Melanopsin helps us regulate our circadian rhythm, and are in our subcutaneous fat - the more we expose them the more we power our metabolism and prime our skin for the Sun the rest of the day. https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/the-1-emf-youve-forgotten-about#%C2%A7blue-light-blocking-glasses-dont-save-us-completely

What are your thoughts on UV lights? I have the one Dr Mercola was selling a few years back. It collects dust in my basement but I think it might actually be something worth tackling (it is quite large and inconvenient to use). Thought I might set it up in a shower that currently leaks so we don’t use it.

Expand full comment

Honestly I try to stay away from synthetic lights, especially high intensity UV - however that's not to say it couldn't work. It's been my understanding that the Sun has so many more frequencies (infinite) so when we try to nail down a few artificially this can impact our biology on a deep level. Light is a lever for our hormones, metabolism, etc and a very delicate process.

I do like using infrared lights at home as lighting when it gets dark. Could you send me a link or model #? Thanks for chiming in Chekstein!

From what I remember, it includes all spectrum...red, blue, etc.

From a quick search, I found one can customize with whatever color they want really. I bought it a long time ago for some of my geriatric patients who weren’t getting outside enough to boost vit D levels. I’m having a very hard time with Lyme ( don’t sleep for days at a time and almost never for more than 4 hrs a night...and this has been going on for 18 months now). Thought I might dust this baby off and give it a whirl because at this point I don’t have anything to lose.

Got it. Well I would start with infrared as that's less intense and is more regenerative. I'll let you know what else I find. For vitamin D you want UVB, which is typically out around 10-2pm (depending on where you live)

ive spent most of my life working indoors or at night, i now have an out door day job. my tan on my face and arms is going well, we havnt had too much sun yet. whats the best way to protect from burning when we get really long hot days? im not much keen on hats

Expand full comment
author

Thanks for chiming in Ray - good question. What's the earliest you can get outside? If you can get out before the UV index hits 1 (not sure where you live, but typically it's around 10am in my neighborhood of Niagara ontario). Best bet is to get out before then, and expose as much skin as possible. I make sure to have my stomach and kidneys exposed as this is where we store a lot of fat - there are a lot of photoreceptors in our subcutaneous fat. Ideally you would see the sunrise with your eye (looking at a 15 degree angle), then you could always pop back outside around 7/8, then 10am. Worst thing to do is to just go outside around 2pm when the UVB rays are intense and you haven't been out at all.

Does that help answer your question?
