For 13 years my husband and I have been growing a Mothership for the independent closet companies of America (80% of a $40B industry) and we knew what we wanted to do before we started it. It's a fun adventure, and I will be praying for you, but I am 87 years old, still active but slowing down and not up to your exertions, alas.
In the last part of the survey Question regarding how much per day we could pay, you should allow for a dollar amount much lower than the lowest on your list: 200 USD is the most I could pay with my Canadian loonies.
To be as far from "man-made electrical energies" as possible. My EMF meter needs to read only what the Earth is giving me. I need to ground there too.. We also need "StarLink" to create a blackout area over this spot !

Hey hi Roman, assuming the understanding of such a place would be simplistic and kept to organic natural structure. While allowing for private room (night sleep) and 1 or 2 experienced coaches for education, guidance, intellectual presentation to all attendees. (that's my guess on what the "stay" would entail... about $200 per day. But I am basing that on you having 30~35 attendees per day. Now your overheads might allow a $150/day? or higher.? It is more important to assess the "numbers of attendees per day" than the price, as from that 1st you can then get your price needed. Based on numbers, you might only be able to have 1 session outing per 3 weeks? it's really up to the attendee numbers 1st. If I was in Arizona or near, I would love to attend.
I might be able to present about EMF reduction, but I also think in that atmosphere, "new games" or other group activities/interaction would do well. Also yoga, Tai Chi (I could lead some Tai Chi and other exercises).

All of the above. I hope you can find a place where the AC magnetic field is below 0.02 milligauss.
