I try to check online at AntennaSearch for cell towers.
if you can even get .2miles from one that is better than one on top of the hotel, which would show up as a 0.1 mile from the hotel address.
I also look at google earth images to see if it is close to a cell tower or substation. sometimes it helps, sometimes not.
I also stay in ground floor and TRY TO BOOK AT END OF HALLWAY, eliminating wifi from one side of the room.
If poss, I also move bed AWAY from the wall, although many how have integrated headboards with LOTS OF POWER CORDS IN THE HEADBOARD.
And using basic feng shui I move the bed to be away from wall yet not have the door to the room behind me head. you should be able to see the door to the room when you open your eyes without needing to move your head around. that makes a big dif for me, but I have high EHS and notice it.
Many aspects of Feng Shui are RELEVANT to use because its about subtle earth electromagnetic fields and flow of energies in a room.
I ALSO RENT OLD CARS ON TURO dotcom. I search for cheapest cars which are oldest, which wont have GPS or radar cruise control, etc. and some old cars wont have bluetooth either.
all the others, I have been doing as well for 5 yrs.
Great article. However, I would have to take all those items on an airplane as that is how I get to hotels. I would be worried that TSA would take my meters! I might risk it! One other thing I would bring is my grounding mat so I can sleep grounded!
Greetings: When I reach a hotel, I am so tired that I just turn as many things off as I can and just fall asleep. I just make sure my feet do not point East, and in particular, South.
I liked the ground floor idea to avoid unnecessary wiring.
Namaste Lanky Lisa: A lot of my thoughts and actions are in line with the ways I was brought up in ancient rural India/Bharat, a minority view at best, considering the modern or the contemporary view. East is considered an auspicious direction since sun rises in the east. Further, only dead people are laid on the ground with feet pointing South. I just try to do my best under the circumstances.
Interesting. I've read a few things in the past from differing sources about which direction to sleep in and they contradicted each other. I remember when I was a kid and I would spend weeks at one of my sister's houses visiting. After I returned home, I would always miss their house and I would sleep with my body facing the direction of where they lived. I told my boyfriend and he laughed at me. But I recently read something about people doing that so it's easier to astrally project to that place when you're sleeping, so maybe there's something to it.
Namaste Lanky Lisa: What I have written is common precaution at my level or for one having my rearing background. I realize these things are virtually impossible to demonstrate in a lab - one can always raise doubts about causality for an epidemiological study. I also realize that the Vatican permitted cremation only a decade or two ago. I attended a cremation only yesterday. It was easy to be reminded that the the corpse was laid on the ground with feet facing South.
Well I don't travel much or spend time in hotels but I like the idea of covering the thermostat and that we are still picking up EMFs from walking barefoot. EMF's seem omnipotent.
Roman, what about the nauseating EMF waves from the rooms above and to the sides? I find that hotel rooms are impossible to sit in (much less sleep in) because of that issue alone.
aside from ground floor, end unit, some people benefit by bringing several large mylar survival tents, cost $10 for a nice one, it will take a few to cover a wall.
then cut them lengthwise and take entire walls of the neighbor unit. the silver mylar can reduce RF.
Thank you for your comment Daniel. I would also suggest to measure electric fields in the room, as this type of fabric is electrically-conductive, it could serve to amplify EMF once installed.
Good point Charlene. One thing I was going to put into the article was that we always request a corner room for that purpose, at least it limits neighbors. It's certainly difficult if you have EHS. Corner rooms also tend to be larger we've found.
Important considerations, and hardly anyone would think of them.
Also, check for cell towers nearby; 5G travels around 500 yards, and within that range, it can cause problems.
Not sure about the new 5G/6G "water meters." The old ones transmitted every few hours, but these are supposed to be broadcasting live, which means that limiting water usage in the faucet and in the toilet can also provide better sleep.
Of course, no cell phones, either. If one is needed, it must be turned off with the battery out or at least in a sound-proof Faraday cage (last time I checked, 7 layers of aluminum foils are needed).
Thank you Ray. Yes they are rolling those water meters out everywhere. 7 layers of foil! Doesn't surprise me. Depending on the water meter, it could pulse constantly anyway, but good call on the water usage / emf connection. I like to wear sandals, or even rubber crocs in the house to insulate myself from the ground current . Doing dishes is very hazardous in many homes, especially barefoot, as your body then completes an electric circuit (being used as an antenna) as ground current and dirty electricity comes through the copper piping (why pvc is better) through the sink, and into your hands/ body.
Here, the water company used law enforcement ("sheriffs" who looked like kids after the money) to install one on my property after I drove the gypsy installer away. They refused to give me a record number, and when I contacted them, they admitted they didn't have any:
I can't see how standing on wood/pvc, while doing the dishes would put the body into the circuit, but the pipes, just like the electric wiring, act like a giant antenna that alone can kill residents (the electric wiring for sure). That's why pvc is better over anything conductive, but how about water itself? It certainly doesn't transmit millimeter waves, but can be used for VLF, which has been proven to be useful for manipulating people's mood...

Ive had no prob with meters onboard, just turn it on and show them its a meter.

Overall, I have stopped traveling.
Why should your feet not point East or South?

This was very informative. Thank you.
Ok nice! Good to know you found value! What was the most eye-opening, useful info you think Denise?

Thank you for this actionable information. I will definitely use it!
