Did you know that most of the energy our bodies need doesn't come from food, but from light?
While many of us may be concerned over the exponential rise of wireless radiation and cell towers, we've forgotten to consider one major factor.
Light itself is an electromagnetic force, and blue light from our screens is the most pernicious EMF we all deal with on a daily basis, whether we have Wi-Fi or not.
Blue light has been shown to increase stress hormones, shifting pro-growth hormones like pregnenolone1 to cortisol, and wiping out our stores of "feel-good" hormones like dopamine.
Health hazards from chronic blue light exposure may include cancer, depression, diabetes, and obesity, to name a few.
What can we do about it?
