Thank you for this information! One question, is there anything that can be bought, that is safe, for grounding inside your house?

Good question Milliebee, unfortunately no these surfaces aren't good for grounding. Is there a beach / lake / pond nearby? Getting into the water is fantastic for grounding, along with the sand. If not is there a local park anywhere she can go that has a patch of grass?

What's her most pressing health issue?

She’s had a stroke from AFib and most always has her shoes on now. I do worry about her falling. I will try some different flat places and start with that method. Thank you so very much for your help and advice. Much appreciated. 🤟🏼

For sure! From what I remember most studies showed that after 45 minutes there was a significant reduction in inflammation. But hey even 15 minutes a day to start could do wonders. Keep me posted on how it goes?

When I was a kid I wouldn't wear shoes. I'd walk around everywhere if it was acceptable.

Amazing how as children we just have those natural instincts, eh?

Great Substack Power Couple! I found this Substack on the Substack anamihalceamdphd. substack. com. I love the ethical people writing on Substack! I remember my first Grounding experience (walking in bare feet for health reasons) in the summer of 2000. There was no label for going in bare feet that I knew of at the time. And going in bare feet was not socially acceptable at the time as per my experiences. It's funny how the act was labeled and then it became a thing to do! I'm glad for it because I love Grounding/ Earthing. My Substack is called Canadian Apple Pie, if anyone is interested. Thank you Roman for sharing this amazing topic❣️🙂🙏

Thank you, Roman! I am blessed to live in rural North Georgia, making grounding a no-brainer. We do travel some to places that it's not so easy to do. Are there any true grounding shoes available? Or, should I not bother?

You, sir, are a blessing.

Thank you so much Erin for your kind comment. Yes there are - I've always wanted to grab a pair for running but never have. I just keep running barefoot and that works for now (: However lots of people like these: https://www.earthrunners.com/

Read the 4 part and 3 part articles you wrote on grounding, etc, and just ordered these sandals., and I plan to get out and expose myself to the beautiful sunrise as much as I can. I so appreciate you sharing your wealth of knowledge and information with us. I've read your many comments and input on another's substack, C&C, and just subscribed to yours. I just want to say thank you for sharing and in such a way everyone can understand. I no longer trust the traditional medical practices, at all, and wish I was more aware of what our Creator gave us in nature to heal ourselves naturally. Human physiology and our earth is amazing in how it all works together. God is ALL! Anyway, thank you!

Thanks so much Laura for your comment! Yes the work of Oschmann was truly groundbreaking, and when we understand how iron is the vehicle for oxygen, everything starts to make sense from an EMF perspective.

Thanks, Roman! This is great, easy-to-understand information, even for non-sciency people like me! :) Basically, get outside barefoot, without sunglasses, as much as possible! Headed out there now. Have a beautiful day! ☀️

Roman, you got that squat booty...you must lift. I’m a swimmer! I live near the beach but I hit the pool for laps 3-4 days a week. Glad this helps...I’m on a device too much during the day researching. Just ordered a faraday box and bags last night.

Expand full comment

Thanks Fizzy for the compliment. Yes actually I used to squat a lot more weight, but now do higher reps throughout the week, and when I take breaks from the computer, I'll go outside and do 40-50 reps of squats on the grass (no weight). Kettlebell swings have been an amazing builder for my hamstrings as well. How long have you been lifting?

As long as you can try to get off the device a couple hours before bed that's a good start. Remember when you put the phone in a faraday cage to put it on airplane mode as well, as even a weak signal will try to communicate with the towers.

I just turned 69 and have been lifting since 22...no one can count that high how many years 😂 I compete in powerlifting here and there. Is it better if I turn off the phone at nite? I don’t use it as an alarm clock but try to tear that thing out of my hands before bed, good luck...I’m always researching. I may order a cage for my router...what do you think? Thanks for the info!

Expand full comment

Fizzy, good for you! You probably have a very strong bone structure thanks to the investment you made in terms of lifting. I turn our phone off at night, and it goes into a cookie tin to eliminate any residual EMF just in case. I've had these phones remotely turn on at times. As far as your router, things like cages can backfire as routers can give off a strong EMF. You may be better off just turning it off. What's your goal with the cage for the router? Is this to cancel signal at night, or during the day?

Bare feet on wet grass! Does swimming in the sea count?

Expand full comment

Great question Justin. Yes absolutely! The water is like a faraday cage / electrical insulator, so when we're in it we replenish our store of free electrons. Do you swim often? I'm not brave enough up here in Ontario - a little chilly still
