I've been pretty lazy the past few days and looking at messages on my phone too close to my bed time. Gotta fix that lol.
Some folks will acknowledge that EMF does harm but will say that their neighbor(s) wifi will counteract whatever they do in their apartment building. I think every bit helps but it's tough trying to get to some people.
I don't think it will have a large effect depending on the layout. I still get benefits from turning off my router at night.
But others feel that even if they turn off their wifi router that the handful of routers shown in the, "Available networks" on their phone make this course of action futile.
Thanks for chiming in Jonathan - distance is certainly our friend when it comes to magnetic fields in particular (e.g. our fridge, power outlets), although radiofrequency EMFs behave a bit differently and can travel further depending on the type.
I don't think turning off my router has an effect. I wake up with heart palpitations every night no matter what I do. I get heart palpitations when I'm on my computer, wired or wireless, unless I'm wearing an Airestech device over my heart. It doesn't happen all the time, and I'm not sure what makes the difference. It's definitely worse in the late afternoon, evening. Maybe because there is more usage with more people home.
I could be lucky with my environmental set up. I've wondered about such EMF protection devices. I saw a nice EMF beanie a few years back and was debating whether or not to get it.
I'm not sure about Airestech, and many devices can do more harm than good, not to say Airestech isn't good, but would have to check it out.
The best protective devices I've found, that are proven to work are made by Ibrahim Karim, and Egyptian architect who was the first to nullify EMFs from cell towers in Switzerland.
In Slovenia almost everybody eating Melatonin pills.Once I take one and I were so tyred almost all day long.Taking this drug isn,t good,I never take another one.

Are you saying that the neighbor's wifi is not affecting my own efforts to limit wifi use?

Thank you Natasa for sharing this...I'm happy you feel better now.
Did you know that you can get melatonin from sunlight during the day, that you then secrete at night? :
