Yell it from the rooftops!

I was exposed to the Russian research in the early 2000's regarding the deleterious effects of the microwave.

I removed them from my homes.

Outstanding article, information, and well written.

Thank you for sharing this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Same here... and I had purchased a new one only about 6 months prior, but I unplugged it and then got rid of it... I had used microwaving of dinners, made from scratch for about 8-10 years at that time... I didn't just use it for heating up things... I am thankful that I found that information about the detrimental aspects of microwaving food. People I knew thought I was overboard cautious... but that is their issue to deal with.

I measured the RF from a microwave oven. Even when it was just plugged in and NOT turned on, it emitted high RF fields. (When unplugged, no RF).

Wow Yantra...thanks for sharing that. Doesn't surprise me though. How long ago did you do that?

Great post👍 Has anyone studied the effects of cooking on induction stovetops? We bought one recently, and it's amazing.

But we all know that when something is too good to be true ...(fill in the blank)😖

Hi Paula, thanks for the question. In short- yes. Very high magnetic fields are possible. do you have an emf meter?

I don't have an emf meter @Roman S Shapoval.

I Liked this comment. Substack won't let that show, but I did it anyway.

Namaste Paula: Please first measure the fields being emitted by that stovetop. Then we will discuss. The levels might be amazing, too.

I'm very curious about that myself. They are awesome. I was afraid to poke Roman on the subject because frankly I don't want to know.

You're immune John - you're strong...that's what I tell myself.

Just get an emf meter, do a search, and prepare to replace your newly loved induction device...

i have heard it puts out big magnetic fields, as in milligauss (mG). I avoid them.

Awesome article! You have given me enough data points for me to never again use a microwave oven. Thanks for the in-depth work. I re-stacked the article 👍

another great study, thanks Roman!

it feels like water is the deep base of the immune function.

Also, my intuition tells me the synchronous deployment of 5G and "emergence" of covid and increased mortality, are closely intertwined.

Roman - another great post! i also just watched the "microwave magic" history you linked which is amazing, hilarious and super informative. In the 1970s when i used to drive past the Raytheon building/campus in rhode island or massachusetts it always felt very creepy but i didn't know why. I later heard it was a military contractor but never knew it was also the birthplace of the microwave oven!!! Also interesting about the connection to digestive system problems/cancers. My mother was really into cooking and an early adopter of the microwave oven, by the mid to late 1970s. She died from stomach cancer at age 70. Of course my father, who ate the same food, lived to be 99, BUT she was in the kitchen with the microwave on a lot of the time. They even used to heat water for coffee in it. When i visited, i would run out of the room when they turned it on, and they always laughed at me.

Agreed when it comes to not relying on studies to realize how detrimental this stuff is. The taste turns me off from using it. If I don't have an oven I choose to eat my food cold. I remember as a kid there was an art to ensuring that the hotpocket heated all the way through. Despite it's timeliness it's not that great.

Knowing how much is hidden about the effects of our communications tech it's not a far stretch to assume that there are more studies out there on the negative effects of microwaves that haven't seen the light of day.

Loved that last gif. A dancing JCVD brings happiness to all.

"Use the new space as a positive place: we love using our previous microwave shelf as an area where we can proudly display our grassfed ghee, which is loaded with divine DHA, along with other supplements we want to remember to take daily." Exactly.

However, there is a saying: Where angels fear to tread, fools rush in.

This video on Telegram of someone doing a car purchase test drive, suggests going for a long drive in an electric car could fry your brain pretty toasty. The person used an EMF meter on the floor of the electric car and on the seats. Off the charts exposure, even worse in the back or on the floor than in the driver seat but - in the red. https://t.me/deNutrientsChat/41959

I have a great quote/alleged quote by Putin - he doesn't have to worry about the US because we are using electricity wrong and we are all going to go crazy as a result of that.
