Very quickly, WOW, love that last comment that summed it all up: May we know the darkness before we love our light.

Thanks again for offering the tip of the day that gets me on the right track. I pony express these things to myself through interlibrary loan. I learn invaluable lessons, packed throughout your suggested books in your library.

I will think on this, but I will also read on it.

Because of the EMF situation in all our lives and more specifically due to how it relates to me, I have found sleep quality to be one of my number one issues. I have to find pockets of no-EMF-bearing frequencies for best quality sleep. Interestingly, I also have begun more sleeping in patches, using middle night hours for other things before returning to rest. We must adapt.

The only caveat I'd make here is that both pictured musicians almost certainly did not kill themselves. In Cobain's case, the evidence for murder is quite extensive.

Thanks Magdalene - I thought about that as well, and could very well be true. There is a trend with musicians and suicide, or involuntary, aka suicide 'by installment plan' as Whitney Houston, Hendrix, so many others also resorted to drugs, and were prone to depression.

To clarify, I don't disagree with your premise; I absolutely think what you suggest is a real issue. But even without extensive evidence, as exists in Cobain's case, I still believe some of these people were offed for failing to fall in line. Hendrix, for example, refused overtures to join the Black Power movement, & his drug use was much more limited (mainly to LSD) than his constructed legend leads us to believe. He was busted with heroin once that very clearly was not his, & there is much murkiness surrounding the events leading up to his death.

That research from the Navy sounds interesting. I know too many Navy folk who got out and had sleep problems. Hopefully, that research will be used.

During my younger years I had to work hard labor night shifts. Not many years after I did not have to do that anymore, my sleep quality suddenly became disturbed. I woke frequently and often at the same time, within about 15min. on either side of 1:00AM. That waking "schedule" continued more or less for decades. I kept wondering if satellite frequencies could have contributed to that regularity because that continued no matter where I lived. Additionally, I was eventually diagnosed being poisoned by multiple synthetic toxins. They may have been the foundation for my unknown other conditions.
