Excellent and important topic. I hope everyone really takes the time to think about this and what they can do. Far from an insurmountable problem, this is a key place for advocacy in city planning, education, and the home environment.
Hi Nikko, I tried emailing you, but I think it got flagged. I had a question re: a potential interview. Would you mind emailing me info@thepowercouple.ca ?
Disruption of circadian rhythms & hormonal cycles change genetic & mental behaviors: obesity & anxiety & early puberty are just the outward manifestation.
“Electromagnetic technology requires utter human docility and quiescence of meditation such as befits an organism that now wears its brain outside its skull and its nerves outside its hide. Man must serve his electronic technology with the same servo-mechanistic fidelity with which he served his coracle, his canoe, his typography, and all other extensions of his physical organs. But there is this difference that previous technologies were partial and fragmentary, and the electric is total and inclusive.” —E & M McLuhan (1974) Understanding Media: The Extensions of Man
Yes - sorry about that ): I know how you feel. But I do find it liberating after a while, once information is amassed, and consolidated in the memory, one then has better direction. Why I try to keep it a little fun with the cartoons and humor.
Another great article, except I chuckled when you suggested readers were 'using blue light to read your words'. Having a healthy distrust of Big Tech, I spend minimum time connected, hence, I avoid reading stuff online. I print it off and and go outside into natural light (preferably under a tree) and read a paper copy. Yes, it can 'waste' lots of paper, but you can print both sides and four pages per sheet is doable.
It’s possible also the lack of activity and weight gain triggered early puberty. Girls who tend to be overweight, tend to get their menstrual cycle, rather go into menarche, much earlier than others.
The circadian endocrine system regulates the metabolism and the reproductive system, so obesity and early onset puberty can be seen as different manifestations of the same root problems. Also, since it’s a bi-directional relationship, endocrine disruption exacerbates circadian disruption and vice versa which is why it’s all the more obvious to see them going together in someone with both rather than just one correlated symptom.
Great point Gypsy - this is why I believe circadian rhythms are so important, as they also regulate our metabolism...but yes the food will further impact and make clearance of excess stress hormones from the liver even more difficult, thus necessitating even more adherence to the circadian rhythm. Does that make sense? Thanks for chiming in.
Excellent! THANK YOU! Appreciate your research and articles so much!
Anti-bacterial hand sanitizer was a main feature of the plandemic.
Anti-bacterial soap contains phthalates and parabens, and synthetic fragrances that are Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs). EDCs confuse X and Y chromosomes. EDCs confuse hormones, amping up some, and destroying others. EDCs cause early puberty. EDCs cause infertility. EDCs cause gender dysphoria. EDCs are nicknamed gender-benders.
Anti-bacterials don’t know a “good” bacteria from a “bad” one; they kill them all. Stick to soap (natural bar soap) and water.
Cool! One thing - Is it the native/ one that comes with the laptop? I ask b/c these can increase the flicker rate, which leads to neurological/ retinal damage.

Absolutely. I will email you soon.

great post. thanks for the hard work researching.
Thank you so much Stephen! What did you find most insightful/ like the most?
its all new info. blue light, hormones and fertility, the effect of phones on the human. its seems important to get informed about.
Thanks so much Stephen. Pretty mind-blowing, eh?
mind-blowing and-or overwhelming.

no need to apologise, i actualy can escape it much easier than normal folk if need be.
This all sounds very plausible.
Thank you Skupe! Light is powerful, yet we underestimate it often b/c it's literally staring us right in the face!

Makes me really ponder the observed gaming/videos/social media(aka screens) correlation to autistic and adhd kinds of characteristics and going trans.
Absolutely - good call Rune. Autism started its exponential rise as digital cell service was released. https://romanshapoval.substack.com/i/140755745/autisms-history-of-radiation
Yes, and as per going trans, puberty blockers do target a circadian pathway, too 🤯
Interesting. So blue light makes us mature faster and hence also decreases life expectancy I presume..
Exactly !
I just activated a blue light filter on my laptap..

Awesome thanks!
Absolutely Johan - thank you for being so proactive in your health and setting the example!
I like using this app for our devices, as it doesn't increase flicker, and leads to more quality light: https://iristech.co/i/wUOIy
