I've had tinnitus for over 20 years. Then I was advised to try drinking silicon-enriched water, and to my amazement, during one week of drinking 1-1 1/2 liter VOLVIC (with 32mg silica per litre) per day, my tinnitus dropped by at least 50% half of the time! In fact, part of that time the tinnitus was gone. So as you will understand, now I'm regularly on Volvic.

I learnt that silica helps dissolve and flush out aluminium particles, which otherwise are too large and stay put in the brain. I would be very pleased to know if you/anyone can explain this.

Amazing! Basically silica has a neutral charge, so it can pick up other heavily charged heavy metals in the body:

"Silica works similarly to antioxidants found in high-antioxidant foods because it retains its traits as a stable particle even while continuously suspended in a liquid medium, allowing it to fight free radical damage. It’s broken down into a colloidal, which acts like a detoxifier for the blood since it carries an electrical charge that attaches to free radicals and other harmful toxins.

Silica particles can then neutralize the charge of free radicals and remove them from the body through sweat, urine and feces, which slows oxidative damage and has anti-aging effects." - Dr. Axe

Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for sharing!

Thank you for this! The funny thing, though, is that silica CAPSULES, which I took for many weeks, made no difference at all. The trick seemed to be the enriched water, understand it if you can! I don't.

Ah, well maybe the water was able to transport/shuttle the silicon where it was needed, as the silicon stabilized/structured the water itself. Water is a topic that Im fascinated by, and currently researching structured water. So funny how things work when we try something new- constant surprises, good and bad. 😆

You know I've heard Jack Kruse mention his name, but never got into him. I will look him up now. Thanks for reminding me! This will be useful as I'm constructing an article on how to use our own bodies as a faraday cage through the exclusion zone of water.

Don't forget that Volvic will have lots of other minerals as well as the silica, and so there may be other elements that activate silica. At a local hot springs spa in Australia, there are multiple pumps to different underground waters, and back in Victorian times those "taking the waters" used the waters from specific wells specified by their doctors. I was told years back that doctors in Italy actually prescribe(d) different (Italian) mineral waters to different people with different ailments. So not just mineral water, but specific combinations of minerals work in different ways.

Very good point Christine. I've been making my own version of volvic- using diatomaceous earth I had for my garden (food grade). I got a huge 5lb bag at the tractor supply store for about $25, and mix into my water and drink each morning first thing, and last thing at night. I believe that if it can kill /cut the bugs around my cauliflower, it can also do the same thing for the bugs in my intestines.

Isn’t gut flora about balance? Vs elimination. Meaning there are beneficial bacteria we need / that do a lot of good as well as some not beneficial.

In a healthy gut environment, the not beneficial flora population is “under control”. When the ratio of good:not so good is out of “balance” (probably not 1:1 but I don’t know for certain) that’s when problems crop up. Like after a course of antibiotics, with differing results in the gut from person to person, in other words it can’t be expected in all cases.

And the resulting problems are not necessarily limited to the gut. There’s a significant gut-brain connection. It would follow that neurological issues could be one of the problems. I’ve read anecdotal reports of people resolving MS after restoring gut health. I don’t have anything at hand to point to in that regard so it would be fair to call me out on no evidence, however anecdotal.

Anyway my point is, or rather my question, is use of diatomaceous earth to destroy gut bugs beneficial? Is the size & structure of the crystals for its intended purpose compatible with cutting up microorganisms? Might there also be microcutting of the intestinal wall and villi happening? Have you had any issues? You don’t have to answer. I’m just not seeing the connection between garden bugs and intestinal flora. Maybe I’m tired, too; a likely possibility.

Thanks for documenting your explorations.

As usual, thank you. I think it is important for us all to understand that the issues we are now facing are much larger than "just" 5G. Before 5G, I had syndrome style health issues that I did not link to electricity generally, although I did explore devices to protect against cell phone radiation back in the early days of cell phones. I was worried then but could prove nothing so pretty much got distracted from the subject until 5G arrived. It was 5G coming to my local area that pushed me over the edge into a virtually perpetual state of pain that I can no longer successfully manage, accompanied by occasional severe digestive collapse, whence my renewed and now urgent interest.

For your readers potential interest, tinnitus is a common component of what is called long covid (which I think is really 5G sensitivity) and there is a vagus nerve exercise which removes it - I do not know how but I have attached a video below. It has worked for me, and has removed a few different known long covid symptoms controlled by the vagus nerve.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbowIy6kONY

You might find it instructive to get onto a few of the long covid facebook groups. They ban discussion of 5G and vaccination, so much of what is reported there is vaccine injury, not covid injury, but even then you will be able to identify a huge proportion of the medical complaints reported there are autonomic nervous system issues. Having watched this over many months now, I can only respond in terms of the body's electrical system, but am not permitted to take it back one more step to what is actually disrupting the body's electrical system.

"so much of what is reported there is vaccine injury, not covid injury"

Overwhelmingly true. There are quite a few doctors making easy big money treating "long covid" and that might be why they won't allow vaccine and 5G info. It might disrupt the gravy train.

I have been watching this "covid" debacle for 16 hours a day for three years. I also used to be a pharma rep before I knew I was selling poison. I designed surgical suites, etc....and I can tell you for a fact that there are some "long covid" docs that are playing hero and taking advantage of people.

I wear a very lightweight lace witches hat lined with aluminium foil. I have it on right now because the pressure in my temples becomes unbearable without it.

When it is very quiet, like now at 6am, I can hear something hitting the tin foil. It is a tiny tap which I do not notice during the noisier periods of my waking hours.

Other symptoms I experience from EMFs are:

1) Hot, red, swollen feet with numbness in patches. This comes and goes, sometimes so extreme that my feet feel as if they have tourniquets on them and are about to burst open. Standing with them immersed in very cold water to the ankles helps. But that is logical because water grounds us.

2) Dry sore eyes which produce crystals that stick to my eyelashes and scratch my eyes. Eye wash helps but not for very long.

3) Hair loss. Since 2016 the volume of my hair has reduced by at least half. It is alarming how much hair I lose.

4) Changes in my fingernails. They always used to be very strong and yet flexible. Now they are corrugated, flaky and brittle.

5) Sleeping without warning. Sudden unconsciousness. I have woken up with my hands still on this keyboard and the screen showing that I went asleep while typing - MID SENTENCE.

6) Breathlessness. Diagnosed as emphysema in 2016 but it has not progressed as that illness normally does. I cannot walk and talk at the same time. I have to sit to speak.

7) Tooth loss. Since 2016 I have lost every single tooth from my head. Previously they were lovely.

8) Weight gain. Studies in rats which were conducted in Russia showed that the rats which were exposed to EMFs grew obese.

Thank you for sharing all this Frances. Sorry if I forgot and you told me...did you ever apply for an electrosensitive disability? The more of us who do get diagnosed will put more pressure on insurance companies, which I believe to be the achilles' heel of Big Tech

In UK we have the National Health Service and disability pension is accessed via a doctor's certification. My doctor describes my symptoms as emphysema, stroke, heart attack and oedema. He does not recognise that all these things were caused by EMFs because officially that is not an acceptable diagnosis!!

I hear you Frances...I had the same issue with my doctor. I spoke with the president of the Electrosensitive Society here in Canada, and she gave me a naturopathic doctor that can give this type of diagnosis, so I'll be scheduling an appt with them asap. Have you checked out the Electrosensitive Society UK?:

More supplement focus in my circumstance. However food - nutrition - like breathing in and out many take for granted. McDonald's hamburgers are meat, food, toxic but marketed and unfit for human consumption according to a Hamburger Chef! And then as a substitute for eating out we buy groceries from Big Box. One must in so many ways become as Donne did not want "an Island unto oneself," lest we hear our bell toll too timely.

I’m 54 and believe my tinnitus started full-time a few years ago. I remember having tinnitus when I had illness with fever and assumed that tinnitus only happens when you have a fever. Never looked into it until I began having loud tinnitus “full time”. I had my hearing tested and supposedly I have very good hearing. I slept on a heated waterbed for about 10 years of my childhood and am guessing that wasn’t a good idea. And possibly that is when my fever related tinnitus began.

I wish it would go away.

Hi Christine, thank you so much for sharing this. Do you notice if the tinnitus happens at certain times of the month? I've found that often conditions can be exacerbated at the time of the full/new moon, and if I've had caffeine and alcohol or other pro-inflammatory foods. Some have used red-light therapy as a way to ease the symptoms.

My tinnitus is 24/7 same constant ringing in both ears. It is less noticeable (irritating) if there’s other noises going on but i do notice it if I focus on it. At home I usually don’t listen to music much, like I used to, so obviously the tinnitus dominates. I use a fan at night which helps drown it out a bit.

I really don’t notice a change if drinking alcohol but then again I avoid spirits.

I seem to be extremely addicted to sugar and am struggling to do multi day fasts. While at home I have more discipline with avoiding sugar cravings but I truly feel something happens when I’m at work (I’m a nursing home nurse) my discipline just goes out the window when it comes to the sugar. I beat myself up about it yet continue to partake:/ I know I’m extremely inflamed and was doing detox protocols with no noticeable improvement and I have decided to throw out my supplements because I don’t trust them..

However, I have started homeopathic boiron pellets and 12 cell salts . Started reading about the zodiac and cell salts…

My other symptoms are pain in every joint especially in feet, hands, elbows and sometimes knees and hips. I recently talking to a coworker who was complaining that she is feeling neuropathy in her hands and feet and I think that is what my foot/hand pains are likely the beginning of neuropathy. Possibly diabetes (?) from all my sugar intake. I won’t test because I don’t dare seek a diagnosis from the satanic Kaiser Permanente “health” sick care treadmill.

I have some red light but need to drag them out of storage. I usually use them in winter time.

Thanks for your response:)

I had serious foot pain for a while. I realized it was due to the peanut granola bars I was eating! They were very addicting. I noted also that they had GMO ingredients. I have tried to cut out sugar and all packaged/GMO foods. Also cut down on carbs/breads/pasta. Not easy. But I keep trying. I suggest getting a work partner to cut out junk WITH you. Maybe a walk instead? I did manage to get rid of the pain and the early neuropathy symptoms. Have been treading pre-diabetes for years. PS thank you for being a nursing home nurse.

I forgot to mention that I sometimes get a strange and very loud tone in my ears that is louder than my usual tinnitus. It’s as if I hear a channel change and the tone kinda sounds like that tone you hear on tv for alerts. I do not own a tv orca radio.

When the sound occurs it gets my attention and it make me angry and I begin to rebuke it and demand that it leave and that I do not consent to the invasion. Ha! I realize I may sound crazy but I don’t care.
