Thank you for your question - in short, it depends. Concrete is a decent source for grounding, but if you have dirty electricity/ ground current, then you can become an antenna for EMF as a ground will receive more radiation from the environment, and may not discharge EMF if there is stray current present in the ground. I can't blame you for running the fan. Best way to know would be to get measurements done. Do you have any type of EMF meters, or have heard of a Stetzerizer meter?
Awesome question! I live in the Tornado alley area of my province, and in 1910 my house was built of poured, reinforced concrete. They used forms, to make it look like concrete block. It's 10 inches thick and about as solid as a home gets. Also wondered if it would protect from outside EMF if we were to remove (hypothetically) all sources of electricity and wireless tech from the inside?
Btw, It's not as ugly as it sounds when painted nicely!
I had a link about emf levels in concrete homes but the old laptop just died last week and I don't think I saved it. But the answer was yes, concrete homes do attenuate emf somewhat, but not enough to be truly effective. Better than conventional buildings though.
Roman, I don't have an emf meter nor a Stetserizer meter....the more I thought about a trifield meter and then scanned an article in Dr. Ana's posts with a scientist that said most of the emf shielding is not effective.
So I looked at emf blocking paint, at $90 US for 5 quarts, (and likely more now) oh, and you must ground the wall or the paint somehow but in a concrete house how do you find a ground...So, I retired the idea and have focused more on nano crap reduction.
Hi Farmer - thanks for your reply - yes most shielding is ineffective, along with shielding paint. If there is any stray ground current, then grounding the shielding paint can transform your house into a living cell tower - this also goes for any earthing/ grounding pads. Less is always more. Dirty electricity filters are a good choice for most, as many of us have stray current in our homes. What are you doing to reduce nano in terms of a protocol?
I've been using the anti-nano bucket from TonyP's video. Put 81 magnets around a 5 gal. bucket and using an AC adapter at 10 amps (up from 6A at first) and did a session last evening.
So far I've done about 6 or 7 sessions and have not seen fullerenes or Morgellon fibers, etc. All that remains are glitter like particles floating on top of the water which are supposedly dead nano particles.
Then I made the magnet roll for breaking up frequencies. Easy to make but I have no idea if it works.
I will try the fasting regimen using BeeGee's method with EDTA, Vit. C and ALA .
Just need to time it...we're in hurricane season and our property needs constant upkeep. It's very hard work as the jungle wants to take over. Come winter we get a long break as the grass and weeds etc. stop growing.
Loved the Earth, Wind, and Fire reference.
Thanks Jonathan - can't go wrong with Earth Wind & Fire!
Would a house built of concrete blocks and mortar have less dirty electricity?
We sleep under a ceiling fan 8 months out of the year and have one in each room on during the day.
It's hot in the tropics...

This is a great summary! I am so glad you mention Milham, he was such a friend to humanity.
My local safe technology group came up with a set of recommendations similar to yours and it is available as an easy to use pdf. A bunch of steps folks can follow and where to get the gear, like Stetzer Filters.
