Thanks so much buddy. It was a stretch pulling this podcast out, so sorry for the subpar product. I can definitely tell a difference standing in my basement office in front of my computer, barefoot on the concrete. I even sleep on the concrete floor, with a wool blanket as a pad, and it's more comfortable that you would think. Especially for guys like us with strong backbones.
FYI Here's a link to one of those body volt meters:
Hi, does turning your power off/on wear out the fuse? I think an electrician said that to me once. Just wondering if youтАЩve had any issues with yours, assuming youтАЩre doing this evening/morning. Thanks for your information:)
That's a good question Christine - I'm not sure. I haven't had any issues, and have been doing this for about 6 years now. Good to know, I will ask my electrician when I see him or can track him down!
I know! Those spiders definitely love creeping up on us in the night. If you go into your garage, just make sure you're not close to any electrical panel or smart meter.
At the very least, can you turn off the power to your bedroom? Do you have any metal frames? Can you purchase a bed with a wooden frame, with wool futon?
*In a high pitched voice* "Roman has fallen, I...Starscream of the Decepticons am now your leader. Decepticons follow me!!!!"
Get well soon.
Yeah I still need to get one of those meters. I think my garage is good to ground in and walking around barefoot in it does help.

You can also build your own for under $100. I can show you how.

Thanks for the link. As long as its solid info(which it always is) I could care less about the audio quality.
I sleep on the floor in my bedroom and having been doing it for almost a year now.
I should try my garage though I need to clean it up a bit so spiders aren't copping a feel while I sleep.

IтАЩm in an apartment with neighbors below and next to me. How can i protect myself from their power/smart devices? Any recommendations?
