I got lots done but I didn't get to ride out to the west coast as I would have liked to. Too much going on. Went east and got food poisoning cutting my trip short. Not a great motocamping summer. A few shorter trips.
I have some apple seeds I got from Gavin Mounsey from a hearty variety. Gotta plant those about now.
As for farmers, I always bought from farmers. I'm a foodie and I like knowing where my food comes from. I've been thinking about why I don't like leftovers. It isn't that it's not good food, it's that I don't get to make something new. I'm healthier than most people I know not because of any oracle like insight into the evils of the food industry, but because I love to cook.
Yes, missed out on summer (because we hardly had any)!! But fabulous fall. Did not miss out.
