Same as wearing sunscreen. I have never worn sunscreen, I have floaties in my eyes, I just got the floaties since the start of covid, where I have been on the computer all day most days looking for answers. I went for my eye exam so she sent me to a specialist. OH my I need to see a cataract that is there. I asked why did I get these and the answer is the same we do not know. So I was schedule to remove. I do not like people near my eyes. I cancelled as I did not feel right about it. As I believe that it is the computer that did it. Now that I have moved out of city living 16 floors in the air and I am not on the computer all day, I do believe it is getting better. The eye doctor told me, you must wear your sunglasses or it will get worse. Really, I like looking at the sun.....and have always believed that wearing sun glasses weakens the eyes. Thank you Roman for your great articles.
