If you watch the 600Lb reality show about the morbidly obese, they all have one thing in common; they are all addicted to their phones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CM2R6sWWjFI

Thanks for sharing Timothy. So sad. Hopefully people wake up that this is not normal, and never has been. Willpower only goes as far as our light environment will support.

I agree that nn-EMR is the main cause of our issues. So I'm going to add oxalates to the equation since recently learning more about them. Quite a few morbidly obese people have lost all that weight and kept it off with a carnivore diet, which has zero oxalates from plants. Eventually the body dumps all stored oxalates, uses up body fat, and builds up muscle mass. I've heard one electrosensitive individual say that he's more nn-EMR resilient since adopting a low oxalate diet. I'm working on that too as well as distancing myself from nn-EMR and getting sunlight during the day.

Synthetic EMF and Diabetes go together like cigarettes and lung cancer.

Yet another way "they" are assaulting Humanity!

Great article thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The connection of the propagation of electrical fields and the direct correlation of increased diabetes is beyond interesting.

One wonders if Nicola Tesla had blood sugar or thyroid issues (after reading) as he was always thinking throughout his life and he didn't sleep often (yet no cortisol bloating?).

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Never made that connection to the thyroid and tesla - makes sense. Thinking too much, if we don't have the body to support it, can kill us. Cortisol doesn't necessarily bloat everyone, has different effects. For Tesla maybe he just got "strung out"?

Thinking was a typo, was supposed to say thin, but some say there are no such things as mistakes 😉

That's a valid point regarding cortisol, sure seems to puff up the majority of modern man.

Very informative. Thank you!!💕

Thanks Henry! May I ask, what piece of info did you find most valuable in the article?

Great article. I always wondered about Native American populations as it pertained to diabetes and this helped to clear things up.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Thank you Jonathan. Yes they take much of the blame, even today, for poor health outcomes.

Thank you for investing your time and energy! I sent the link to your article to four of my friends.

Thank you so much Mnemosyne for your continued support!

I think I read it in one of your articles that the morning sun is best with regards to receiving the red spectrum of the sun, is this also the case when the sun is setting?

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Correct - however Sunrise initiates the cycle of melatonin regeneration so our circadian mechanisms (digestion, cognition) are timed well for the rest of the day. All depends on your goals. May I ask - what's your health goal?

Inverted Reality's avatar

The reason I ask is because I used to live in a country with a latitude of 52 degrees and I now live on the equator. Shade is my friend and I wear things that cover me completely if I have to go out after 11 am till about 4 pm. But I'd like my body to get used slowly without burning and to optimize vitamin D intake. I don't use any sunscreens, simply put coconut or calendula oil when I want to pamper my skin.

Thanks for yet another very informative post! Question: You say that type 1 diabetes accounts for about 5% of cases, and type 2 for about 90-95%. What is your best guess regarding the % for type 3?

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Hi Johan - great question. I would say it’s at least 3% of the world population - if not more, judging by the stats for electrosensitivity as researched by Michael Bevington. Tough to say.

Are there emf screen protectors? I thought I saw a whole list, but it was overwhelming. Should we not use our tablets so much?

I don't wear glasses. Should I get some that just filter out the blue?

I thought UV...WAS blue.

Thank you

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Hi 2FollowHim, good questions! The best screen app I've found is iris:

https://iristech.co/i/wUOIy

In terms of computer glasses and glasses for driving, there are many options.

I have 2 pairs - one for the computer during the day (more yellow-tint, less blue-blocking) and one for night time - (more red tint, 95-100% blue blocking). You could have 100% blue-blocking glasses when in front of the computer during the day, but you may get tired as the body then thinks it's time to secrete melatonin as it's dark, and you're not getting any natural light.

I like Ra optics for style, also independently-owned by a young guy who's like-minded.

https://raoptics.com/discount/POWER?rfsn=7963883.b403cb you can use the code POWER for 10% off.

If those are too pricey - these are decent:

https://amzn.to/3xxcSaT

UV is non-visible, blue is visible. UV is also blocked by our windows. We get blue light from our screens, whereas UV we only get from the Sun.

Does that help clarify?

Hi Roman, Great article, as usual. THANK YOU.

My apologies for messaging you here. I can't find your contact info on Substack. First, I'm ELATED to hear that you'll be featured on one of Doc Malik's podcasts! I had reached out to him a few months ago letting him know about your depth of knowledge concerning EMF. When I did, he replied and expressed his interest in talking to you.

Second, I am watching one of his interviews this very minute. Perhaps you are too (?). If not, possibly you'd find the E coli & electricity connection interesting as it's discussed in the interview. If you subscribe to Malik (...I think you do), consider CUEING to 1 hr. 39 minutes. Video is titled #195 - What Have They Got In Store For Us Next? (June Livestream With Debi Evans)). Or maybe it's something you've already covered on Substack. Not sure, although I did just take a quick look through your archives and couldn't find mention of the E coli & electricity connection. Interesting stuff! Take care.

Very best to you!

Hi Katherine! Thanks so much for putting me in touch! Doc is an amazing man. I will check out this episode.

Are you aware of how EMFs create bacterial resistance in e.coli? I did an article on EMF and the soil microbiome recently:

You are welcome, Roman.

And thanks so much for your article and its link. No, I hadn't seen it before...but will now check it out. You're a forerunner, often (always?) ahead of the pack with new info/research/insights. Thank you so much. And keeping my fingers crossed for the airing of Dr. Malik's interview of you.

PS Doc Malik's vid re: short mention of E coli & electricity is for paid subscribers only. Just FYI. He sent out a Rumble link to it.

Ok thanks so much Katherine!

Thank you for this Roman, I now believe my sugar levels are due to EMF and the wireless. While living 16 floors in the air downtown Vancouver, after the 5g was connected I started to feel like someone kicked me in the kidneys...the wireless was behind the couch where I sat. I have now lived a year on Vancouver Island and the kick in the kidneys is only once and awhile now. I also have the glasses to block the blue light and after a year most of all my floaties in the eyes are just about all gone. I believe without a doubt that the EMF is doing it, not lack of sun as I am a sun worshipper.
