I'm listening to you two while getting ready to go for a walk in the woods. I live in New Hampshire, and there's snow on the ground. It's 20 degrees. This is my favorite weather! NO BUGS!!

I have a cold constitution, so it's not that I like being cold, but Merino and Alpaca wool have become my best friends. My little house has 25 windows and three doors, which is amazing, but I realize (thanks to you two!) that many good rays are blocked. So I spend a lot of time outdoors and always go outside first thing in the morning.

I was a December baby, so maybe that's part of why I love winter so much. Growing up in Detroit, we were outside all day long in our snowsuits and red rubber boots. It made us hardy. At age 70, I finally ignore the holiday mania and revel in the peace and quiet that late fall/winter can bring.

Thanks for enlightening us (pun intended!) ☀️

This was great yall. I've been spending more time outside these past few weeks and the darkness is more apparent now than in previous years which is a good thing. I get to look at the stars a bit more and it does help me to get a deeper sleep. As soon as the light comes over the horizon in the morning I'm up. Being outside more these past few weeks also means I'm getting less of that artificial light, Yay!!!!!

But I like that account near the end. Exercise can do more for our mental state than people realize.

Hi! Thank you for your kind feedback. I'm glad to hear you thought I sounded natural...I felt I was a little robotic ): Is my voice typically lower than Bohdanna's?

Your voice is significantly deeper than Bhodanna's. On the earlier recordings, it was hard to hear your words.

Most folks in the voice, broadcasting business have said that they have an on air voice for clear communication and their normal voice... something to think about.
