I stopped changing my clocks three years ago. I have messed up a few times, only twice with other people involved. Usually I messed up by being an hour early for whatever it was I was doing. I retired a few years ago, that makes it a bit easier. Before I stopped, I would just feel an hour late the whole time, as I have a very strong internal clock that did not change with the artificial time change. The whole stupid thing needs to stop.

Does daylight savings effect everyone, I never have an issue. I don’t have an issue with jet lag either. I drink loads of water. And my body and mind are my clock.

it only affects my attitude, I detest the stupidity of moving the clock around to satisfy government mandate. DST benefits me in no way whatsoever so I get aggravated about it twice a year

Giant pet peeve of mine and I know I'm not alone. I usually just ignore DST as much as possible and rejoice when it goes back to normal. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say maybe, just maybe changing it back to "normal time" will be part of the MAHA movement. Pretty sure Rfk, Jr. knows how unhealthy it is. We shall see...

I am strongly in favor of Standard Time because 12:59pm is midnight and 12:00 am is noon when you look at the solar positions. I may have written the wrong times, it is confusing.
