Loved that AC analogy.

Of all the training I talk about I still haven't trained myself properly to focus on gratitude vice anxiety. But I'm getting some gains here and there.

Looking forward to your article on Monday. I've never tried to eat an elephant before. ;)

Thank you so much Jonathan for listening! Gratitude has definitely taken us a while to ingrain as a habit. I can say that little bit of breathing before a meal makes the food taste better, so maybe I'm driven to do it b/c of my shallow subconscious (:

I will do my best to electrify you this Monday! In a grounded way of course.

Amid the increasingly wacky world, I was told locally that the bosses want to let the electrical wiring undergirding the traditional phone system be completely abandoned. I have been unable to get a landline here - when I thought I had succeeded, they came with a big fat 5G router for our house to plug the traditional phone into! I am pretty sure I need to smash my cell phone as the first step along the energy healing/protection path you are teaching about. Even if I have to go back to a 3G or 4G flip phone - while not great - I never found them nearly as crazymaking and disorienting as the cheapy smartphone I begrudgingly upgraded to a couple years ago when I got notes saying the 3G service might be disrupted. (I pretty much needed it for field work on the organic farm I've been at.) Any thoughts are welcome, and thanks again for all your work!

Hi Michael, thank you so much for your comment. I will need to get back to you tomorrow - dinner at the inlaws is calling...and I don't want to be late. Take care!

There were no expectations in my request at all Roman, thanks. I offer my questions as kind of a public service as well as self-education...

Thanks Michael. One thought about these phones, anything wireless will always emit radiation, so needs to be avoided.

Sending a text will create more RF with most phones, as these packets of data are encoded differently than phone calls.

A weak signal is worse than a strong one, as more towers triangulate, increasing ambient RF radiation by a factor of 10,000x potentially.

Power levels don't really matter as much as frequency.

There are many more things you could consider, and can be found here FYI: https://arthurfirstenberg.substack.com/p/common-questions-regarding-cell-phone

My understanding is that these routers are not 5G as such but tech moves so quickly and perhaps they are now. You can buy simpler routers OR learn how to disable the data, wifi and bluetooth antenna in the software....sometimes it's as simple as removing the card as well. Alternatively look for a store that supplies EMR safe devices such as Less EMF. NoRad4U. Meters are your best friend. Cornet have been good for me and affordable.

Thank you Katie again for your valuable feedback. The Arris surfboard is also a decent router with no Wi-Fi.

Thank you Roman. I'm loving your information. I have to reenter the workforce and I find fluorescent lighting drains me, also the increase in 5g tech and silly devices layering dangerous radiation onto bodies and environments. I'll be scouring your blog to find ways to support my body. I was thinking of wearing my shirts which have been successful for others made tired by wireless radiation in the work environment. I see there are reasons to be cautious. Interesting.

I have been doing volunteer work. But yes happy to help people. I've had to learn this to survive and thrive. Thank you for all you do too.

Hey guys, how can you tell if your home is properly grounded? A meter? I’m sure you’ll discuss this in the course but just curious. Thanks.

Great question. Yes you could take a meter or even an AM radio to measure the EMF coming off the ground rod, but most likely the home may not be grounded well, as circuit breakers are often miswired. Does that help?

Hi Diane, here is a link to a product that could help you determine grounding issues by Less EMF, that store that Katie mentioned:

Try Less EMF online store. Based in US. Write to them and ask they are very helpful.

FYI I am EHS. Sensitised to EMR/EMF. I have recovered from this over time with a lot of effort including hardwiring everything. I measure all types of EMR regularly. I live in a rural location. I've been mitigating EMR for 15 years.

Hi Katie, thank you for your feedback! Sounds like you've garnered a lot of EMF knowledge over the years. Do you do EMF consults as well?

Your electrician and help with this but there are also affordable plugs that you take around the house and plug into each socket to check grounding in every socket. The grounding rods can break over time.

None of the methods you talk about will shield anyone from Directed Energy Weapons which are being used against the population. You need alternating frequency generators to create other fields. https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/Documents/Issues/Torture/Call/NGOs/VIACTECAnnex.pdf. Such great content, thank you! Perhaps this is irrelevant but do you have thoughts on what and how we also listen? Examples: 432Hz music? I find it quite soothing. 🙏🏼
