One of my recent changes was to put a red light therapy lamp behind my television so the light in my media room is now red light (and near infrared). Maybe it's silly but I find it soothing so far!

You can also use Lens repair tape. Made for fixing car taillights to cover up stuff you don't want

That will work too. The one I used is 3m brand on a roll.

Thank you Jay - good to know.

So far, the most interesting feature of all of this is your own personal shares. The red light cannister is superb. I'm going to do it.

Thank you Charlene for your feedback! When you say red light cannister - to which one are you referring?

That little "chicken" light, Roman. Made me smile.

Nice! One thing, the cannister/ metal part usually doesn't come with a grounded plug (only 2 prongs), so you may want to get a grounded converter like this if you don't have one already: https://amzn.to/42YwbqE

You have caused me to have an additional question.

Regarding the grounding part of that plug, it's the grounding in my house that I do not understand. I'm thinking that the neutral wire from the electric company brings in their DE and that their DE travels from the neutral wire to the grounding wire. That is only my theory. I have not had anyone crazy enough yet to make a good discussion with me about this.

Basically, I have discovered that grounding "anything" does not have a pure, nice grounding effect. It "feels like" I do better staying ungrounded than trying to get grounded through my house grounding. (...ugg, does that even make sense to anyone...?)

So here's my question, Roman: are you sure that a grounding 3-prong plug is always the best? Because if you are, I'm good with that, but I just want to know...

Many good ideas here, Roman! I'll look for red tape (non-bureaucratic). I watch the sun rise in winter. In summer, it rises at 4;15, so most days I miss it.
