Roman - Thank you for the link to the UV Index locator.
I have recently learned that my eye health can be improved by looking at the sunrise and/or sunset every day. I have been taking short walks during those times.
Thanks, Roman. I'll look up Jack Kruse and learn from him, too. I'm gathering a lot of healthy information as the years go by.
I just spoke with my 75-year-old cousin on the phone. He's fallen ELEVEN times in the past three years. I told him it's caused by all the medications he's taking.
I suggested going to a naturopathic or holistic doctor instead of his current western medicine doctor, but he didn't seem interested.
My goodness...yes a horse can be led, but it needs to find the will to drink from deep within a spiritual well only the horse can see. You never know, at least you planted that seed!
Thank you! I feel the pull of the sun and the recharge. But the glorious days of summer are not so glorious. When I find a blue sky day, I will go out. Wildfire smokes and spreading gray lumber-saw clouds keep me inside. I am in Idaho and it is terrible here outside at the moment.
Hi Sadie, I'm sorry to hear this. Is it bad all over the state? I wonder if higher elevations in your area could be a bit better to at least see the sunrise, get more UV...
As my family can tell you, I would rather be outside than inside. Some podcaster stated that he "never goes outside". I thought "what an unhealthy young man!"
I love when people do "walk and talks"!! One of my fav geopolitical analysts lives in Cypress (The Duran) and shows viewers the absolutely gorgeous scenery, while imparting good info.
The Duran. Alex C. & Alex M. Alex C. lives in Cypress and travels to Athens frequently. He is a nature lover as well, often stopping to show lizards and the cats of Limasol.
Good question Siobhan. Honestly I'm not sure, however I don't see why not. Better aluminum-binding agents are silica, which can be found in Fiji water. Are you aware of silica as an aluminum detoxifier?
Roman - On that same topic, below is a link to a youtube video by Dr. Dennis Crouse. He gives us the recipe to make our own silica water at home (much cheaper than buying the Fiji bottles).
Since learning about it's benefits, I take only the Fiji brand of water with me when I travel.
The Realm is FLAT!! No SPACE!!!
Spread the word, read all about it!!
While I appreciate all the how tos articles on our growing tyrannical realm, itès biblical and so is the earth!!!
The best deception was having people believe and defend a GLOBE. How retarded, looking back. Sorry, not sorry.

Fantastic! Yes AM light is best, in gentle, gradual doses. I've been sungazing for years now, and can definitely feel the "boost" on those days.
I'm mentioning sun therapy to the neighbors I see while I'm walking here in my 55-and-older community. It's good to spread the news.
Thanks Susie...that's how change happens. Ever hear of Jack Kruse?

You can lead a horse to water....

FYI an interview we had with Dr. Kruse:

It is bad up and down and all around. :-(
thank you!!!
Thanks Nancy! Glad that you enjoyed the article. I hope this inspires you to get out more (if you're not doing so already) (:

Wow. That's why Bohdanna and try to podcast/ do webinars outdoors, even if the lighting doesn't look as professional.

Same here! Which analyst is that?

Does melanin also bind to aluminum, or will aluminum only bind to orthosilic acid?

Yes Roman, I follow Chris Exley’s work.
