You do realize that UV activates the Bacteriorhodopsin operating system and the IR activates both GO and rGO? This is most definitely not a solution for EMF mitigation but rather neural chip ACTIVATION! NWO Controlled Opposition!

Thank you RFC for your question. No infrared will stimulate melatonin production, but we need infrared light so that we can absorb more UV later in the day, which then allows us to create melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) which fights inflammation and cancer.

You can think of infrared as the roots of our tree of health (penetrates deeper) and UV as the leaves (creates harmony and order with shorter wavelengths, penetrates not as deeply).

Does that make sense?

I am not so sure about that. I have dark skin which tans very easily. I have spent a lot of my life working long hours outside. However, I am very sensitive to EMFs and the negative effects are cumulative, increasingly debilitating over time.

I also find it ludicrous that we should have to go to such lengths to protect ourselves from all these unnatural EMFs! The only real solution has to be to make them illegal because, lets face it, they are knowingly weaponised against us.

In the UK, new Ministry of Defence buildings are all built with high specifications which protect them against EMFs, gas etc. They are constructed with aluminium lined materials and sealed to be air-tight.

What does that tell you?

They KNOW what they are doing to us! Getting a tan is not going to be enough to protect anyone!

Additionally - once again, I find you concentrating on solutions for HUMANS. Un-natural EMFs are having a much worse effect on insects, plants, animals and birds. So even if we protect ourselves we are failing our food sources!!

In 2020, i worked in Dubai and was outside a great deal, every day. I had recently learned that one of the main causes of sunburn was the rapid dehydration that occurs during direct, extended exposure. I already knew sunscreens were poison. I postulated that using natural essential oils to protect my skin and retain moisture would prevent sunburn, as i am a very fair skinned person, prone to such burns. I did start the day outside, so that "morning sunlight" may have (unknowingly at the time) aided me as well. But i slathered up exposed skin with good natural oils and measured my time of direct exposure. If i was exposed too long, i would seek shade. Pretty simple, and it worked. I never got sunburned! I was able to stand outside in direct afternoon sunlight, in Dubai, for just about an hour, but not much more. I "almost" got sunburn one time, sort of purposely pushing the envelope past the hour mark.

What a great article, is it true that infrared light is produced in the mitochondria.

, everything is connected to the sun, and believe it or not IT controls the climate, not your breath. Some moron has been dimming the sun hear where I live for the last 2 years. My brothers company did the modeling for that project in 2016 and an article showed up in Forbes magazine 2016 explain the benign effects it will have on the environment, the testing area was in the southwest US. It's and absurd joke with dire consequences of allowed to continue.

Now they do it wherever they like except Sweden they said noway Jose.

That was great. Thanks! Been very busy just defending the status quo and finally read your article with comprehension. Actually made a crock pot of broth last month with 2 doz red shrimp before ever reading this. Isn't infra red also produced by a wood stove fire? Getting up in winter, dressing by the fire and going out at crack of dawn is invigorating for Vikings. We avoid wretched humid summer heat rash, burns, sweat--yuck.

Good Day Julie my fellow viking! I'm happy you got something out of the article. I love my shrimp broth, and I love it as a base for any seafood chowder, or even shrimp and (corn) grits. You're right about the wood stove. We are bathing in infrared all the time, however the Sunrise and AM light gives us more balance with other spectra like blue, green, and pure red light. Are you pretty tan, on the paler side?

Not sure where you live, but my wife used to be pretty pale (we live in Niagara Ontario) and ever since she's been getting that morning Sun for the last year, she's almost as tan as I am.

Thanks for the great information, Roman! Still working my way through it all. We have had the most bizarre weather (manipulated for sure) for the past several weeks here in New Hampshire. White dense cloudy skies and rain for days on end, then one sunny day, and then back to several days with no sun. The poor farmers. I'm seeing just how easily food crops can be destroyed by their sun-blocking agenda. I literally run outside when the sun rarely appears. Even the beloved weeds, most of who are drought-resistant, seem confused by all this rain and no sun.

Thank you for sharing what's happening in your neck of the woods Barbara. As much as it saddens me to hear this Barbara, I believe that this agenda is only pushing us forward to find alternative methods, and pushing us all together...to heal as a collective. That's my overly-optimistic sunny side talking.

The lack of Sun during the day is also another reason why I love getting out bare mininum especially for the Sunrise and/or then Sunset as the infrared light is most potent then due to its longer wavelengths. UV is also beneficial and necessary, but that sunrise also sets the clock for the day, and grounding at that time is also optimal due to the schumann resonance being stronger as a result of less activity, cars, noise etc. Thank you again for spreading this message far and wide. We need to transmit and get through that dense cloud of fear and misunderstanding as much as that Sun needs to get through to Earth.

Great info. I think you can also get Astaxanthin from salmon, rainbow trout and lobster. Astaxanthin gives salmon and lobster their reddish color, and flamingo feathers their pink hue. I just copy pasted this from my web search.

More great information, Roman, thank you! I've been making a habit of meditating in the sun every morning now, as early as I can, and shutting down my digital devices an hour before bedtime. I'm noticing a real difference in the quality of my sleep! I'll be interested to see if this habit has any longer-term effect on the spots on my forehead...😂

thanks, very very good work, i ve been following you for few months and you write great stuff! I live in Greece, and i work as a motorbike courier, out in the sun from 8am to 6pm. I never burn, i never wear sunscreen or sunglasses. Fully energized! The sun and moon were rightly worshiped before we were called heathens by the church. Sorry for that, but its true, they burned all the texts kept in the temples. The sun the moon and the water, and the soil are major life givers, imho.

I would be curious your perspective on when / what texts were burned? Are you referring to the Great Library of Alexandria, or others?

I am referring to the texts that were mandated to be burned as texts of idolatry during the expansion of Christianity, both in Europe and in colonies. I am not sure about the time. I am no religion expert, and mostly I have studied Buddhism.

DHLawrence, in his book Apocalypse, explains very beautifully this process. How the church based important dates and teleturgy on the ancient practices, but later called nature worship a crime, and made people burn every such text, practically everywhere.

I found this book that is 100 years old in my moms library last year. Its his last work before he died, and DHLawrence is known for seriously accusing the Church of various atrocities in the name of God. But in it he also gives wonderful praise for the divine nature of the cosmos.

In my heart, although I am not Christian, I deeply believe Jesus would never do such a thing. I believe that his Word has been twisted by deluded and power hungry people. Same happened in all major religions, and to me it makes sense, because its in the nature of us humans to forget our debts of gratitude, be arrogant and self serving. But it also in our nature to be respectful and caring.

In my study of Buddhism, I have seen in many teachings the personification of the Sun and Moon, for example, and these deities are highly praised, as protective and balancing forces, and as wonderful expressions of the universal law. However, in Buddha's final teaching, he explains that this universal law is present in all of life, and thus we should praise all life, and treat one another and nature with the utmost respect.

If studied with an open mind, you can see, in my opinion, that at their roots, all religions seek true happiness and teach interconnectedness. But the way you seek your vision determines the outcome.

I stop right here. Please excuse my long answer. I just felt like adding context, so my words about book burning are not just an empty aphorism.

Yes I wrote this post for a specific person that asked me what they should do since they don't have much melanin, as melanin really is a miracle molecule. We're all under the gun of EMF these days, and have been taken out of our local ancestral environments and have migrated to places that have may have less UV than we were accustomed to natively.

Not sure where you live, but a neurosurgeon I follow Jack Kruse who researches how light affects our health believes that the Somalians in Detroit are getting many neurogenerative diseases due to a low UV and anti-ancestral light environment. The information in this article suggests sunbathing in the morning rather than when the sun is overhead? Or do both? And what time in the morning? I'm a redhead in Southern California. Thank you.

Ideally it would be both. Ideal situation: see the sunrise on the beach barefoot as the grounding current of the wet sand helps create a faraday cage for your body, lessening inflammation throughout the day. Be outside when IR-A is present, then pop out for a dose of UV. You don't need much exposure for UV, probably only 20 minutes with eyes and skin exposed anywhere from 10-12pm should do the trick. Build your callus gradually. It takes years, but is worth it. Do you get out in the sun often? Wear sunglasses? Having our eyes exposed is also crucial in lessening sunburn as our eyes also light receptors that stimulate ant-inflammatory melanin hormone in our body.

Thank you for this great article, Roman. It explains clearly why I feel so good at the seaside in summer. All day full sun exposure, no sunglasses, no sun creams, no sun burns and sleep like a baby. The trick is how to survive the long cold, dark winter with thick fog and barely any visible sun (they block it quite effectively during the last few years here, where I live). I guess I’ll make shrimp stock next :)

I would suggest to sunbathe in the AM first, if you're going to be out when it's overhead later in the day. You want to make sure you get out before UV hits, which depends on the area.
