I'm not sure electrical stuff "causes" any illness - and I am someone who is suffering very seriously from 5G proliferation around me. I think what it does is "amplify" illness. The illness or the pre-disposition to a particular illness is already there. We have our weak spots and if we mess up any of the messenger systems in the body (electrical, chemical and hormonal), our weak spots are likely to collapse first, as they are getting scrambled signalling from all or any of the three messenger systems.
Only a theory at the moment, but I am working on it. My idea is to sort out the three messenger systems and how they talk to one another, and my health will just miraculously return. Leave any of them misfiring and my health will continue to decline, and manifest named diseases based on my genetic pre-disposition. But none of the named diseases are what is wrong with me. What is wrong with me is the misfiring of the three messenger systems including the electrical (which might be the most fragile given the level of EMF interference). Does that make sense? Just thinking it through at present - all based on the various bits and pieces I am learning from Andrew Huberman, integrated with what I am learning about EMFs.

and yes how much Smart tech is in your home? do you unplug everything at night to sleep well?? there is an EMF store in Latham NY that sells covers for your routers and modems ( I dont use a cell phone but cant get my partner to stop using his) so the cover- which works bec he cant get a signal when its on the router...I have a hardwired computer.
Cleaning out your usage of SMART or 5G anything will not save you, so your partner is, to a degree, right. Someone drives past your house using their 5G phone. That phone is constantly pinging to find the nearest tower/connection, and it can go straight through your house and straight through you on its way. A 5G phone streets away can be beaming a signal straight through your body to the closest tower. And even if you somehow shield your home, every time you go out, the same will be happening. You cannot hide from 5G. The very best you can do is protect your body, and most of the ways of doing that actually block ALL energetic flow, not just 5G, including good energies.
I borrowed one of the emf meters from friend do you have one? Im lucky to have alot of trees around, my heart was palpitating in late 2019 when I think they launched 5G here. I called spectrum to have them come check my router and sure enough it was set to 5g without my consent or ordering it. he reset it to 2G and my tingling stopped. but then I got the router covers too. I also stopped my gas company from changing my meter to a smart one. you have to OPT out of those now too and warn your neighbors. tell local council people and mayor you dont want it. you feel sick bec of it. I watched all the trucks put them up on the poles under lockdown I drove around. Flag poles are 5G antennas now too.
Be careful of swapping one set of beliefs for another. Beliefs can be a composite of a lot of serious truths concealing one serious lie. The trick is to pick the truths out from the lies.
