you really put your time and heart into this, and i esp LOVE the segment on the BRAIN!

Dr Chikly brought us intimately in touch with all these parts, and the claustrum honestly makes me feel the presence of that christ light inside. Claustrum is such a deep and sacred cave. Insula too. Dr C taught us how to find and help regulate the nuclei (singular: nucleus) all throughout the brain.

There! You got me dreaming of my happy place. sigh...

Great explanation. Very much in the style of Neville Goddard explaining bible verses. They are all in code and explain the mechanisms for manifesting.

Lots of interesting nuggets in here. Especially the symbolism that resides in our own bodies.

PS - in this cold weather, how are you managing getting much skin in the game (in the sun)? It's easy to go outside bundled up (: but . . .

Hi Yantra! Merry belated Christmas . Great question! I always do a cold shower before I go outside, along with wim hof style breathwork which helps get the blood moving. Even without breathwork, the shower does wonders. Then I get moving...yesterday I went for a jog, and started working up such heat and a good sweat that I had my shirt off most of the way....granted the Sun was out so that made it easier. Even 20 minutes can go a long way - AM is best of course. How about you...what's your major challenge where you live? Do you have any workout routines that you like?

wow, sounds like you have quite a routine, thanks for sharing additional ways to gather sunlight. I am not in your league but have recently begun to realize the benefits of cold water - amazing.

Thank you Yantra - it's like anything else - small steps and then in a few months/ years, you'll be like "wow! who is this person?" What's one new health routine/ thing you can work into your schedule this coming year?

Thank you very much Kathie! Have a Happy New Year, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Enjoy New Years' Day - that's my favorite holiday - quiet...and lots of time for reflection.

Thank you for these details. I've known about some of the history and this sheds even more light.

Absolutely Luzzie! Thank you for letting us know. You know we love shining that light, both figuratively and literally (: Do you practice any type of breathwork or ever heard of holotropic breathing?

Expand full comment

Yes, I've heard of holotropic breathing. I focus on breathing only when I feel anxious -- and then I do balanced breath, such as 5 counts in, hold for 5, 5 counts out. Sometimes exhale for a bit longer.

Expand full comment

Good to know -thanks. I would do 4/4/4, and holotropic works magic, but only after about a 45 minute session I've found.

I just checked my reference for number of counts.... Yes, it says 4 counts :-)

Ha-ha .. I do 4 in, hold 7, out 8 (;

- whatever works ! Have a great New Year all !

How do explain evil and righteousness? Love? When did death come into creation and why?

Expand full comment

Profound questions Catherina! I believe evil exists so that good can come in for God and us to experience as its polar opposite. Death - well that could be like God hitting the "refresh" button on the computer screen of Life. What say you?

I say a loving righteous God Creator created creation in 7 days as is written down for us and He said it was good. And then he placed Adam and Eve to have dominion over the replenished earth as we are told: Gen 1 : 27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." In Gen 2 God zooms in and give us more detail: Gen 2 : 15 "And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." Adam and Eve were not puppets and chose against God's love and righteousness and we learn from the Scriptures that God honours his words and promises and then death came in because of these two breaking the trust God gave them. So that is why we have death and evil on earth. To choose against evil is to choose to love the Creator who created with love. Reading Scriptures one gets to know the one true God who is plural but acts singular : the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who is Love. We all have a choice and it determines our eternal destination.

P.S. I always wondered about the magicians in the Bible and the history/realities you discussed in your piece here. How there is a spiritual world and we are warned against contacting any beings as we cannot know who and what is to be trusted. In the Book of Job in Scripture we read, Job 2 : 7 "So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown." It seems wise to make sure one's knowledge and actions come from a trusted source.
