Great digging/info on the Sleep Industrial Complex, the SIC, because that's what you'll be when you find out how much money they are making.

It's funny how all these gadgets and sensors are marketed towards people who want to become healthy but they actually do the opposite.

I'm going to sneak unto a farm to see if I can milk a cow at night for some melatonin milk. :)

I affirm that a small glass of raw milk (for pets) helped lull me to sleep last night. I'm 99% sure the cows are milked during the day, because I know the local dairy farmers.

Thanks for that milky, not murky affirmation Robin. Would be curious to run a day/night cow milk experiment.

So, with the concerted effort of the criminals in charge to block the sun with Geoengineering I feel like I’m getting a lot less of the sun’s benefits these days. The Chemtrails & heavy cloud cover have gotten ridiculous in Texas. Sadly, I may have to look at getting an indoor unit even here. Also, my dogs & chickens do force me outside earlier than I would probably get out otherwise so, that’s a plus!

Hi Diane! Thanks so much for your feedback. Believe me, we hear you. That's why we try to get out for our Sunrise each morning, as the longer infrared and red wavelengths are able to penetrate at that time, and those wavelengths are what are able to help our organs repair. Do you try to get out for the Sunrise/ set?

It's great that you were able to solve your own problem without buying someone else's product solution. What did people do when all this tech wasn't available???Unfortunately, I have to look at what others are successfully doing before I have a clue as to how to approach my problems. We really don't need scientific studies to back up our experiences; but they support us. Then there's a stigma that we are crazy if we figure it out on our own OR are significantly different than main stream. Big Brother knows best. That's BS! I digress.

I got up this morning at 7:30 instead of 9am. Observed the Sun in the sky to get some IR light. Went for a dog walk with my husband. Ate breakfast after doing morning chores (feeding the oldest horse and my dog). Now studying EMF101. Lots to do here after I finish the Light lesson. The Sun is shining so I hope to spend some time outside. And since I've missed "balanced" Noon time sun, I'd better get myself out there before it's completely gone! Have a good day.
