It was interesting to hear about the downfall of Rome being linked to lead. I guess lead led to the collapse of Rome. I need to check out this guy's substack he seems like a solid dude.
I like how he touched on non-native EMFs influencing how our body uses minerals as well as how all this metal in us can be causing more issues.
Another masterpiece interview, after the one of Dr. Jack Kruse. In this one, Dr. Stillman frankly discusses the high cost of functional medicine practice, the attitude of most patients, and the complexities of bringing minerals in balance. Worth listening.
Are we back to eating proper food, exercise and sunlight? The more everyone talks the more confused we all become striving towards perfection of the human experience. I’m fatigued of it all! My reaction is get back to just living life and turn it off, similar to the tv. Same with social media, which I never did and never will. Information overload leading to fears.
Simplest solution: fukem all even if the message is spot on and full of common sense..
Ever ending “books to sell”! Save the forest and think intuitively.
I agree. Turn off the truthers in order to live the life that's in front of our face. Live in the present moment. Return to the supporting natural basics and live them... sunlight, whole foods, clean water/air, reduce tech addictions, and work/exercise/play outside and then sleep at night once the sun goes down. BTW, mineral balancing has been a focus of mine for over a year now. One of the best things I ever did. Don't forget to get adequate copper too.
So nice to "meet" Dr. Stillman and find a likeminded person. I have followed him on Substack now. I look forward to hearing more of his interesting insights. Thank you.
Thanks so much Lisa for your feedback! Appreciate your support. He also spoken for Weston A Price - does some solid research into supplementation and overall health optimization.

Just another fear base addiction…

Excellent podcast - appreciate your work!
More about minerals. I believe my iron is quite high. I can’t give blood. But need to reduce it. No more cooking in iron pans!
Roman & Bodanna, Loved the podcast. It was very interesting regarding minerals. But I need more information now.
Hi Ch! Thanks so much for your input and letting us know you enjoyed it! What kind of info do you need more of?
