Midwestern doctor posted on this a few weeks ago - how doctors convince patients to stay out of the sun - all wrong ! Yesterday I watched a tube by Dr. Pollack, who ended his speech with 'seek the sun'. And I love Dr Willie Soon, astrophysicist, may I present you BOB ! He sweeps the floor with the al gore's of this world. Reading what is in sunscreen, I would rather not use it! ONe doesn't have to stretch out for hours on end on the beach, much easier to walk the dog 4 or 5 times a day, and sit in the shade. Yes, the sun shines in the shade, too ! Today I will put my water glass in the sun, like Dr Pollack did!
PS Midwestern doc also has a few articles on that fourth aspect of water, which I will have to reread now I understand what it is - not a physicist here LOL.
Thank Ingrid for your lovely input - I love Pollack's work. His book The Fourth Phase of Water is easy for the layman/ woman to understand, and makes the science of water fun. Definitely recommend it! Is your glass blue, brown/ green? I ask b/c too much light can degrade the water, if not filtered through the correct type of glass.

Our eyes are powerful if we let them do their job.
On my base in Syria, it was very dark at night. Most would use their red-head lamps to get from place to place but some of us realized that our eyes could easily adapt to the dark.

They used a life guard as their example for people to put on Sunscreen. When looking at this video my first thoughts(thanks to y'all) were
- How often does she wear sunglasses
- What's her light environment like at home?
- What are her hours? Is she usually on guard during solar-noon?
- Does she try to develop a solar callus?
- Could nnEMF be playing a role?
Due to my own research I was like
- Is the increase in skin cancer due to false-positive diagnostics?
- Are seed oils in her diet?
- Will Batman save Commissioner Gordon from the clutches of the Joker?

Another great podcast! I have purchased a patio heater so that I can still do my sunbathing when the rainy season comes.
Because I’m in the sun daily on my walk, I no longer burn. It’s crazy! The Sun Callous is legit!
