The US gubmint method of providing welfare payments of food, (including fast food from restaurants) alcohol, sex via strip clubs, vacations, etc. All the things productive working people can't seem to find funds for.

The result of mega food coupled with no responsibilities has crippled many with morbidly obese bodies and minds that only repeat:

Gimme! Gimme more! More! I'm gonna "get what's mine!"

Onward, Christian soldiers!

Ah gotcha...yes. my oh my - how the system rewards modern day slavery is awful - why we can only work on ourselves as examples. Have you seen more EBT since the pandemic, or has it been pretty much a steady thing in your area / texas?

Expand full comment

You named it exactly, Sir. Just don't try and inform the "slaves", they seem less appreciative than you may think.

I believe the plandemic bloated every budget that could be corrupted. This was no exception. I've read that some of these measures are only now being slowly rolled-back (since 2020 !?!?) and it is leading to major difficulties with those not accustomed to feeding themselves.

Interesting how America is about freedom and accountability. Work hard, play hard. Speak your mind, pay taxes, hold your representatives accountable, Freedom isn't free, blah, blah, blah.

Yet if you do nothing, there's an option to get all that without the trouble⁉️

America, we have a problem.

You overlooked one of the most significant players in the obesity game, specifically, the E.B.T. factor.

It's pretty difficult to overlook if you do any level of grocery shopping. Many of them can no longer walk themselves, and must pilot a self-propelled cart which also motivates the proudly obese shopper while they gather their provisions.

That's our "Murca."

I hear you Guido. Thank you for your comment. What's EBT though?

Expand full comment

Electronic benefits transfer. Food stamps

Funny - those with the electronic benefits transfer (EBT) are more likely to wreck their electron transport chain (ETC)

Guido, it lies somewhere between too sad and disgusting...

Great article. It makes me think about how humans have survived so much through time.

Our food is not the only energy source.

Thanks for giving it a read Jonathan! I appreciate your time and insight here - especially since you're in the arena of fitness, you probably see tons of supplements and approaches thrown at people that may not always work.

Yeah... I'll probably do an article on my time having to, "Sell" supplements to folks for a gym I was working at in the past.

Great info. TY. I've always turned light off as much as possible, but I was late getting my act together on eliminating LEDs and finally got a blue light screen for the TV and my computer, and it has really made a difference.

I never fell for diets - or low-fat foods, or sugar substitutes...still employ some healthy food hacks from my modeling days. But since all of our food is so contaminated now, less is really important. I've been on poison patrol with regard to food for decades thanks to Mike Adams - he has been a great resource for that, and natural healing.

I did see an interesting video - the woman was saying that if you get 8 hours and 15 minutes of sleep each night, it will regulate your metabolism and keep any extra weight off...been doing it for two weeks - forcing myself to sleep more, and it does seem to help, on many levels.

Thanks again for all your expertise.

Thanks so much for sharing what's working Pasheen. I'll have to try that 8:15 sleeping technique. Right now get about 7 on average - but now that the darker days of winter are approaching it's a perfect opportunity.

When you have a moment, would you mind sending a link or the name of that blue light filter?

YW...and here is the link on Amazon - assumed you were talking about the TV screen? Comes in a few sizes - measure from corner to corner...

I did a bit of research on them - read a lot of reviews - and make sure you get one that has the lip at the top to slip it right on - you don't want to try to put a plastic coating on the monitor itself - this has a lip and it slips right on at the top ...that's my preference anyway, and it makes it versatile - usable for a computer as well...

I still work from 9AM to 5PM so I do get outside; I wear eye "transitional eyeglasses" which means they become "sunglasses" when outdoors; lately, I try to take my walks without my glasses to get more sunlight into my eyes. I'm also very fair skinned; in the past I seldom spent extended periods of time in the Sun. I don't tan so I do disagree with Dr. Kruse about sunburn. I stopped wearing sunscreens years ago because I was aware of the toxic ingredients. Now I am able to spend 15 minutes to a half an hours if I go out early in the morning (just like Dr. Kruse said). I also read that sunlight structures the water in the body; so this might be why breatharians claim they don't need water, and the blood is plasma. We really are beings of light.

Have you read Dr. Cowan's "Human Heart Cosmic Heart?

This is such an interesting article in terms of the relationship of sunlight to diet. Several years ago, I remember reading about breatharians – people who claim that they can live on sunshine and air.

Breatharianism

https://www.yogapedia.com/definition/8735/breatharianism

“To live solely on prana derived from the sun, breatharians replace their food with this life force. While food is processed to produce energy in the body, the body cells of breatharians absorb energy directly from the light, or life force.”

Thank you Carol! I find I'm always less hungry on days I'm working outside, even when cold. Do you try to get outside daily?

The Sun is the ambient energy source that creates the 4th phase (or gel phase) of water (in the blood and body). Listen to what he says about non-natural EMF and how it de- structures the water.

Any tips for us northerners who cannot expose our bodies to daylight? Do tanning bed/lights help?

Expand full comment

Great question Brandy. At the very least, I aim to see the sunrise with my naked eye... and do expose my torso as much as possible, especially when the Sun is out. It may be cold, but if the Sun is out you'll be surprised how lovely and warm it can feel. There is also the near infrared (NIR) sauna - which helps boost subcellular melatonin. If you have time, check out the podcast I did with Brian Richards, founder of Sauna Space:

Unfortunately, I am so far north that the sun doesn’t rise above the tree line for a few months but I will increase my efforts to get out there when it does reach over those trees once again. And the sauna idea is great. Was wondering about that too. We happen to have one I just need to recommit to using it regularly.

Thanks for the link! I’ll look forward to listening.

Very informative! The general principles described herein are things i have been practicing for some time now, or understand to be true. This article describes the inner workings of those ideas. Health and nutrition truths are in large part what led to my skepticism of our modern ways and the advertised narratives. I've been learning about holistic health for over 20 years. I read Dr. Mindell's Vitamin Bible in the late 90's and set me on a path. That book went everywhere with me! Once you start learning how your body uses vitamins and minerals, you can more properly get them inside you!

Exceptional essay. I remember back in public school there was a food pyramid. Visual chart explaining the benefits of each food group and combined in proportion was called eating healthy.

Wonder what the public schools are doing or did with it.

Additionally, this essay's reference to the requirements for sunlight and vitamin A & D pertaining to good health, reminds of a documentary about a mysterious civilization found to have existed for hundreds of years, underground in the country of Turkey.

Question, to you, dear Author.

Do you suppose they fed mostly off of mushrooms that provided the necessary vitamins to survive?

The cavernous caves are situated just above a natural freshwater source or cisterns that which served as both a faucet and a septic tank apparently.

Any thoughts about the situation and are you familiar with that civilization?
