Anxiety has been so strong in my life lately and has kept me up in the night. Sometimes I can feel the anxiety almost. It’s like it’s tangible. Hard to breathe. I have had panic attacks that I didn’t have before When my best friend was here with me. I did have anxious thoughts, worry, unsure, not confident, was overwhelmed but I had him, we had each other. He had health problems that had to deal with pressure sores from poor circulation due to quadriplegia and had to overcome a lot to try to work and thrive but he never seemed to worry and panic. He was calm. He did cry and vent his frustration but not anger at me or someone else but the situation. He was awesome at calming me: just listened, just there, hugging me.
I have a cell phone that I use a lot now bc I don’t have a home phone. I use it for maps, pictures, documents, emails, phone calls, reading, notes, and text messages.
When my husband was here, he would tell me to charge his wheelchair in the hallway and not in the room. He said bc of the emfs but he didn’t call it that.
Also the phone had to be near him to call but not too close.
He wanted the microwave unplugged in our room.
I heard don’t use the microwave. How bad is it?
I hope part 2 of this is free bc part 2 of the healing from wounds isn’t.
I try all kinds of things to help with anxiety...,
I find GABA, L-theanine, kava root or valerian root to be helpful, depending on the severity of anxiety at the time. There is also a supplement by NOW called True Calm that is available on iherb which is a blend of amino acids and rhodiola that works well for me. Also check out Trudy Scott for other natural treatments for anxiety.
My family and I all got sick in January 2020 right as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon were all firing up there 5G towers all around us (Dec 2019-Jan 2020 in NorCal central valley). It felt like a bad, painful chest cold and hurt to cough. Interesting that the exact same thing happened in Wuhan when "Sars Cov 2" was invented as an explanation for " atypical pneumonia". The covid cruise ship off Cali had a new state-of-the-art wifi system on board. There is not and never was any "virus" ever. It has all been EMFs and other pollutants.
For the past three years I'd sometimes drive out to a nature park that was far away from any traffic or concrete jungle and put my phone in airplane mode. There I would read, plan, write, or just relax and listen to all the birds or bugs. It was always calming for me and gave me a mental reset.
Now that I've found out about EMFs it all makes sense. In addition to this, now that I've utilized grounding I have another tool in my belt and these times are more productive for me than they were before.
Many of the old-time strongmen and physical culturists in their writings would talk about vitality or neurasthenia. I would always try to center my training around things that would improve my neuromuscular efficiency and deal with these issues but my training is only part of a larger puzzle.
