Great to see that you have been in conversation with Jay, Roman. 😊

I am privileged to have been a member of his 'Fully Optimised' Inner Circle,

since quite a while now, and highly value his high vibration leadership.

And I'm delighted, and impressed, to see how *you* are clearly going from strength to strength! 👏

Hi John! Thanks so much for your kind words. Curious- what aspect of health / challenges? made you want to join Jay's Circle?

Hi Roman! 😊 No health challenge whatsoever! But I have always been interested

in health *optimisation*, including hormonal and - [Jay won't like me saying this] -

although I eschew taking any exogenous hormones, nevertheless his book on

Testosterone Optimisation Therapy has an excellent chapter on alternative approaches.

AND he has published 'tip-of-the-spear' info on attaining/maintaining a lean physique.

This led, in early 2020, to me viewing a number of his excellent YT videos, and

the realisation that we were highly aligned wrt to tyranny in the world (including

the convid psy-op), *and* the overarching importance of *spiritual* advancement, etc etc. 😊

Good interview Roman, even though Jay talked a bit much. Thank you. One question I never hear anyone cover is the apps for computers like Flux or others. Do they work at all? if so, do we still need blue light blocking glasses?

Great question Sabrina. Thank you for listening! Many apps don't work, b/c they still create flicker in the background, like the iphone's night mode. Iris is a decent app that is customizable - I use it daily. However I would also use the glasses as well, since this offers an additional layer of protection. Does that help clarify?

Haven't listened yet, but was always meaning to check about fibre, which we finally got here in rural Ontario.

Still have that nasty router, but looking for ways to minimize the effects, always. Your stack/podcasts are a wealth of info. Thanks! 🙏🏼

Thanks so much. You can call your provider and ask them what Wi-Fi free routers (wired only) are compatible with their service, then go buy it. That's what I did to first hardwire our home.
