Hi @Roman S Shapoval

I left a DM for you.

Okay.

The Feds have preempted local authority to restrict cell towers, but apparently there are sometimes workarounds. Here's one fairly recent example of the situation. (https://www.times-herald.com/news/local/under-federal-law-cell-tower-denials-never-stick/article_fb330cbc-ba27-5606-aee1-739fcb5daeb5.html) Perhaps somebody here can provide more specifics of what the effective rules are.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

You can't argue health effects per the 1996 FCC regulations, but this does not mean that local municipalities have no power.

Thanks for that link to Americans for Responsible Tech (which I was not familiar with.) Inconveniently, most of their local affiliates seem to be behind a Facebook regwall.

The Minerals Professor's avatar

Always on-point with the articles.

Didn't know that cell towers reduce property values of homes.

What do these lizards in city & local governments benefit if they consistently reduce property values for everyone involved? How are they going to steal people's money on taxes (theft) if they can't get a higher appraisal for the property value?

taxpayer's avatar

I hadn't seen the examples cited here of the effect, but I wonder whether there is contradictory evidence. Otherwise I shall need to take this up with the local assessor (who, however, will probably say that there are cell towers everywhere so on balance they have no effect.)

The Minerals Professor's avatar

The fact that no government is looking to shrink their balance sheets, that is likely why property values will increase despite the construction of death towers.

There are many factors that determine the valuation of a property but yeah. Oh well.

taxpayer's avatar

The rise in real estate prices in most areas is demonstrated by actual transactions. Locally, I haven't seen any indication that nearness of EMF towers reduces them.

The Minerals Professor's avatar

I agree that the rise of actual transactions increase property values and matter much more than cell tower presence.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Great questions. I think one needs to look at demographics (e.g. Palo Alto, upscale, those with more money and in the know of how harmful the towers are, will put up a fight and property values take a toll more in these areas potentially) What state are you located in taxpayer?

Susan Harley's avatar

Really interesting and useful. I live in rural UK and we have avoided 5 G so far, but still have a mast near by.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Hi Susan, thank you for checking out the article! I'm glad it's useful. That was my intent when writing it - plain facts that strike the economic chord - music that most will listen to. Have you connected with Eileen O'Connor in the UK? Curious to know how you were able to avoid it? I interviewed her a while back:

Thank you for this. I am in Seattle right now with Hubs on his ship. It is a catcher/processor built in 1964. It is getting ready to be sold so we are the only ones on here right now at Pier 91. It is all steel. I got here and got in the room one floor down. It is pure heaven. I sleep all night. I highly recommend having a steel box to get away from it all. I never realized how wearing it was on me until it disappeared. Steel ceilings, doors, floors...Hubs teases me about getting me my own conex now. I am down with that. All the cruise ships leave from here and there is just so much electro-smog with the streetlights and all the things. We are definitely under attack. And...I did order those infra-red light bulbs, but they arrived just in time for me to not need them because of the suns position. Will let you know next winter how I like them!

And be prepared for THIS (they're coming for your homes/property):

The WEF Wants Your House to Be Worth ZERO, to Achieve "Net Zero" Carbon

Most homes & buildings will become "Stranded Assets" (you'll be forced out of your home; you'll not be allowed to sell it nor rent it out)...

David Webb on the ‘Great Taking’ and Bankers’ Plans to Takeover Property Ownership

June 3, 2024

Red Pill Expo

Excerpt:

David Webb, an international finance expert, discovered that global elites who dominate banking and governments have been quietly working for over thirty years to change the Uniform Commercial Code, which all nations have adopted.

The rule about who really owns the assets if or when politicians declare a national emergency has been changed!

Every asset you posses that was ever held as collateral against a loan, even if you have since paid for it in full, will become the property of the financial institutions that, at some point in the past, issued the loan for the original debt on those assets.

You will be called the Beneficial Owner holding a paper certificate while the bank will hold and control the asset itself. You will never get it back.

There is a powerful movement that is now growing in response to this reality. You will be encouraged to know that this just might be the “last-straw” issue to unify all the people of the world against the unholy cabal that has been planning this.

We reported on ‘The Great Taking’ in April (here and here). David Webb will be reporting on the latest updates on this critical issue at the Red Pill Expo in Rapid City, South Dakota on June 15 & 16, 2024.

The Great Taking: Financial Collapse Insights, an interview with David Webb

https://rumble.com/v6tont7-brightlearn-the-great-taking-financial-collapse-insights-an-interview-with-.html (5.14)

Former hedge fund manager David Webb discusses his alarming findings in The Great Taking, warning that modern financial systems have covertly stripped individuals of true asset ownership, leaving stocks, bonds, and even bank accounts vulnerable to confiscation during crises—and urging preparedness through debt reduction and tangible investments.

Need to be proactive and, among other things, set up your properties in more than just your name, or an LLC, or record an easement of your property. All legal, lawful, and no courts need be involved in most cases. If possible, also, get the proper land patent on your property. Many things can be done and the best solution is always to not ever play the game and stay out of the system which is difficult for many already in it.

Countrybumpkin's avatar

Many of the same dangers, and more, from the massive wind turbines every 1500-1800 ft across the rural areas. While not broadcasting a strong cell signal everywhere all the time, the turbines have very serious health effects on all life and physical dangers from collapse which happens often, along with blades shearing off, etc. It's becoming more and more widespread, too, because of it lining the pockets of every politician and facet of government as well as a tempting, albeit dangerous and temporary, income for landowners.

daverkb's avatar

Roman: excellent article. Very valuable work you do. Thanks.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Thank you Dave! I appreciate your kind feedback.

Nina's avatar

If there's a tower nearby, I thought it would be worse to be up high where you're more level with the broadcasting part. But your article implies the opposite is true?

daverkb's avatar

I would have thought the same.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Good questions. It really depends - it can be worse to be on a higher elevation or face of a hill, you could be more exposed. I would tend to prefer a valley with tree growth, or any place that is more densely forested. Certain geological formations tend to be more electrically conductive as well. The only way to tell absolutely is by measuring with a decent meter.

taxpayer's avatar

Please say more about a "decent meter." What is available, at what cost, and are there authoritative recommendations?

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Good question. It depends what you want to measure and budget, but these are the top 3 I would get in this order:

#1 Stetzerizer Microsurge Meter (dirty electricity)

https://www.stetzerelectric.com/product/stetzerizer-microsurge-meter/

#2 Trifield TF2 (all-in-one meter for EMF, not as accurate for radiofrequency, does not measure dirty electriciy):

https://safelivingtechnologies.com/products/trifield-emf-meter.html?aff=265

#3 Safe and Sound Pro II (for radiofrequency):

https://safelivingtechnologies.com/products/safe-and-sound-pro-ii-rf-meter.html?aff=265

There is also a meter that measures ground current EMF called the Fluke 289, but this would require a consultant to come out and do the reading for you as it's advanced. Paul Harding of Total EMF Solutions specializes in this.

The important thing to remember is to start somewhere. If all you can afford for now is one meter, I would get the Stetzerizer as dirty electricity is in most homes.

Hope this helps - let me know if you have more questions. Thanks for the comments and feedback.

I read your comments on C & C. And have long been in admiration of the work you do. And no matter how big or small, work to the good always ripples out into time and persists. For example, all the work done in the Tea Party heyday helped build the basis for the people who were yet to later come. And God bless all the people back then who in 2011 began to expose the evil aims of the Globalist Agenda 21 fraud. In retrospect, we had no idea of how much deeper the anti-human Death Cult was penetrating, was penetrated into our lives. And as it is, no one can escape the web of evil which today envelopes us, afflicts us. There is, in the end, only the recourse left to us of fighting back (as do you and your good wife do!) So triple-quadruple to the nth power thank you ... and for the value you inject into the world. Believe me. What you do has legs and when you look back upon this time in ten or twenty so years, you will see it in even more sharply delineated contrast than you do now.

I am 76 and not in great health butalso not in the worst of health. But I cannot take on the world as I used to. For example, I can longer go to most meetings like I used to do because I can no longer safely drive at night. And so, such limitations as are inevitable with the working of time all the more increases my appreciation of people like you who are doing very good things. (The Evil is so prevalent, all invasive. But shed light is good and of comfort!)

Regards of the best kind. Thanks for the reply. And never, never give up. I know that you won't. God bless.

Dave

(no need to reply back. you already did!)

As far as signal strength it definitely is less in valleys and in trees as I can attest. Less harm? I couldn't say for sure.

Sabrina Page's avatar

Great essay as always. I tried using the map nothing showed. However I live in the redwoods and connect to the internet through a wire that comes down a redwood tree that picks up satellite signal up high. I wonder if that is like living next to a tower.

Great topic guys. My experience is that folks don't want a tower around but when you tell them Covid symptoms were caused by 5G, even showing them near-proof in a research paper like this one

https://stateofthenation.co/?p=12846

they will disown you because they are basically fused at the hip with viruses.

For those who fast-read and skip to comments, I'd like to share one of your shared quotes:

Many of us feel like nomads lost in a place and time that is not for us. Our past is the future we seek. We don’t want faster internet speeds or higher resolution, we want stronger connection. Ultimately it is up to us to build new fields of gold, and set the bricks that reset a timeless future of health and prosperity. The time to march toward destiny is now. Not all of us will make it, but we will live trying. We carry the shield of our heart into battle like the fallen - raised from the dead.

Charlene's avatar

Wow, have to say you impress me with your helpful research. Thanks from me, too, for delivering.

My daughter and son live in Chattanooga, the city with the fiber optics. I didn't know it was such an anomaly, but I will say for them, and being a frequent visitor, that they don't have the 5G problems other places do, and that's nice. However, TN does have the huge power lines that crisscross the land like a bad confetti. TN is a Beautiful state, but the stray currents in the ground and air are hard to endure.

Be Concerned's avatar

I live not far from Chattanooga, in Rome GA. AT&T is currently running fiber optic cable in our neighborhood. Concerns me that it'll be the backbone for 5G, & I do NOT want that. Wish I could find out if that's what they're planning.

Chattanooga is a beautiful city, & Tennessee a beautiful state. I don't know about the stray ground currents in my area...but I know I'm tired of all this so-called progress that is killing us.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Check to see what type of modem they want to install. I would start there.

Here are some resources that may be able to help:

Be Concerned's avatar

Thanks Roman, I don't have a modem. The only thing I have of theirs is a land line, & I had to fight to get that last year, after having given it up a few years ago. Will check out the linked article. Thanks much!!

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Thank you Charlene for sharing that! It's really valuable having that anecdote. Research and stats are great, but hearing accounts like that from Chattanooga are even more valuable.

ROSALITO's avatar

Very detailed and instructive post. Thank you!

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Thanks so much Rosalito! Glad you found it valuable. Any information that was new to you?

ROSALITO's avatar

I knew about property value loss, but not gain for commercial properties. And also I had never paid attention to the fact that fiber optics can have a "side effect" increase wireless! And Thank you for references about insurances.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Ah. Got it. Good to know Rosalito. Thank you for your reply (:
