The rate of suicide in young children under the age of 15 has more than tripled between 1950 and 2005.
This is according to data compiled by the CDC, and referenced in this study.1
Researchers like
propose that the reason for the increase in this trend could be due to the fact that leaded gas consumption skyrocketed in the post-war boom.“Lead interferes with brain development in utero and early childhood when the frontal cortex is wiring up.
When lead was phased out, in the late 1970s and early 1980s, the boys born in those years became much less prone to violence when they reached their late teens, which is the prime age for violence and self-destruction.
The point here is that the earlier surge in boys’ suicide rates may have been an artifact of lead poisoning. Had there never been leaded gas, it would not have happened. The current surge is caused by something other than lead.”

The electrical and cultural environment of the world changed radically since 1950, as World War II brought us radar, consumerism, and the 1980s ushered in the age of TV and information.
All of these radical shifts coincided with an exponential increase in electromagnetic fields…
which bathe our natural world with radiation

Why?
Why the ever-present need to distract?
To look without rather than within?
To look into the abyss, only to fall in love with its darkness as it looks back?
As humans, we say we love the colors of the rainbow, but run from the rain.
We’d rather bury our heads in the sand of our screens, while forgetting that life is more than what we see through a black mirror.
Life howls like a wolf, while masquerading itself as a boy.

Who lost out the most in this tale?
Was it the boy?
The sheep?
Or the community?
It’s easy to blame the boy.
Yet he was only being a boy, like so many of our misleaders in government.
We want to hate them because they shout lies.
Maybe they do this because we’ve failed to listen to their mundane cries?
Of boring data that falls on deaf ears,
That haven’t taken the time to listen,
Not to the boy, but to the wolf?

Thank you for calling all this to the reader's attention. While the well-meaning initiatives are appreciated, somehow, I don't feel ecstatic. Even if everyone "knew," what could be achieved? Even the obvious mass murder in Hawaii went unpunished, people keep being poisoned from all directions, and protections/remedies remain at the level of folklore.
