Our solutions to better health are often more simple than the mainstream solutions we're being advocated. Thank yall.

have not had a TV in 15 years. Did not miss it for a day. Watching documentaries about plants, animals and people on Ytube before going to bed - best sleeping pill !

Nice. Good call on those nature documentaries! I've missed them, and need to watch more. Do you have the red-tinted glasses on while watching? (:

Amen! Annie - curious: what type of content would you like to see more of?

Do you follow us to learn about EMF, or health in general?

Let us know what topics you'd like us to cover.

Thank you.

Thanks so much Annie. How long have you been aware of the dangers of EMF?

I guess i have a tendency to “question everything “ but when the power companies made their big hustle to install these boxes on every telephone pole on the first day of lockdown, I had to consider the relevance to symptoms of the flu going around and the “cure” for it.🤔 So I started paying attention.

Thanks for sharing that Annie. Same here! I was already aware of 5G, but when the lockdown came, the showdown began. What's your #1 priority/ need in terms of reducing EMF? (eliminating Wi-Fi, blue light, dirty electricity, improving sleep, cognition?)

I do little things mostly because I live on a small ssi monthly basis. Blackout drapes, use red tinted bulbs, etc., cognitive function is my primary concern with dementia issues in my family and I am 71. My most important health weapons are a daily consumption of about 10 or so supplements and sleeping GROUNDED (which I started back in 2017-18) .

I also remember the American TV stations across the border in Buffalo NY, asking right before the news:

"It's 11:00, do you know where your children are?"

I remember that too! Although for me it was 10pm in 1990s New Jersey. I didn't have any children, I was a child, and I did know where I was at least (:

I read somewhere there is a new study raising concerns with regards to sunscreen use but I can't find it online. Do you know more about this study?

Hi Inverted, copium is our only hopium, eh? Love your slogan.

Thank you for your question. Are you alluding to the carcinogenic chemicals of Sunscreen, or how it doesn't work at all? (both are true):

Here's an article we wrote on sunscreen that may help:

Thank you, for the compliment and your answer. I was referring to a very recent post I read on Substack, I thought it might have been yours, about a study warning us about the carcinogenic chemicals in sunscreen. It is not in the article you linked, so I must have read it somewhere else.

Thanks - now that I check, the study I did have was on "natural" sunscreens, which use titanium nanoparticles that can make us more prone to a staph infection.
